Love these pans
I am so glad I bought these pans…..not only for the 3 sizes but they are extremely durable, easy to clean and do a great job baking in the oven. I use them frequently for roasted vegetables, cookies and even the communion bread I make for church. Excellent price, excellent value, excellent pans!

Easy to use and clean
These sturdy sheet trays are ideal for doing everything from baking cookies to roasting vegetables. I use them multiple times a week to prepare meals and snacks for my family.Even though I usually lay down parchment before using them, they are easy to clean if you choose to cook food directly on them. They fill an entire oven rack, so I donât feel like Iâm wasting any space. And the durable material doesnât warp in the oven when the heat hits the metal.

Great pans! Don’t wash in dishwasher
Great pans! Strong and sturdy, heat evenly, lightweight. Accidentally washed the smallest one in the dishwasher and it lost all its shine 🙁 but still usable without issue.

Only 1 Lid
The pans are great…excellent quality as expected from NordicWare. However, the two-pan set only comes with ONE lid. It is in the description, but I didn’t catch that, and I was surprised that the two-pan set I received did not come with two lids.

Awesome baking sheets!
I really like these baking sheets! They donât stain with food. Iâve used them for just about everything. They are warp resistant and have good heat distribution. I loved that this pack had two large sheets and a small sheet. These pans do scratch easy though, the first time I washed them with a scrub brush there was a bunch of scratched after.

Sturdy pan at a reasonable price
We bought a pair of these pans which we then protected with a pair of Amazon-brand silcon baking mats (highly recommended; they fit the Nordicware pans perfectly). Done this way, you won’t be burning on or discoloring your nice pans, and you will make them SUPER easy to clean. These are a nice weight–not commercial, but very good for home use–and well crafted. Even without the mats, these are great pans and if you know and understand the properties of aluminum, then you will know to treat them with care and clean them with products rated for aluminum. Caution: The internal wire/rod under the rim is steel and holds heat much longer than the aluminum, so be careful moving these around after the rest of the pan is cool to the touch.

Very sturdy
These are heavy duty pans that don’t warp when you put them in the oven. They are great for making sheet pan meals or for making a batch of pigs in a blanket, cookies, etc. They got totally discolored in the dishwasher tho with swirly dark stains. Not really a problem for me as the functionality is the important thing.
