Magical!
This is such a lovely pan and makes stunning desserts. I made banana bread in it a couple days ago and it was perfect. I baked it for 45 minutes (until the knife came out clean) and then let it cool ten minutes before I turned it out of the pan.It released instantly and looked just like the pictures. I did go too heavy with the baking spray in one area, so it showed up lighter against the brown bread. I ate that piece first! My recipe for a nine inch loaf pan fit perfectly in the pan, but I had a mini loaf pan on stand-bye, just in case.Iâm going to try the Pillsbury brownie mix in it next, and dust it with powdered sugar. After that, I have a great recipe for apple cake. I love to bake with Nordic Ware. It makes everything so cozy and charming..

A baking pan for winter!!
This lovely snowflake pan turns out the most beautiful holiday cakes. It can be used with your favorite cake recipe and it is so easy to decorate. A touch of white sugar and sprinkles make such a festive show center piece. Because it is a snowflake shape it can be used all through the winter months for any occasion. It is a conversation cake at any holiday party. This is one to add to a baking pan collection.

Very pretty, easy to use, smaller sized pan.
I love Nordic Ware pans and all the pretty designs… and this one is now one of my favorites. Itâs smaller than their normal cake pans, so I think itâs the perfect size if youâre going to make one of those boxes of Jiff cornbread or, in the case of my photo, smooshing in a can of tube goo. (âFlakyâ biscuits … snowflake… get it… *cough.* I digress.) I sprayed the pan with Dollar Tree coconut baking spray, sprinkled it with granulated sugar, and simply pressed the entire can of biscuit dough into the mold. I had to bake it a bit longer than the instructions called for, but just watched for the dough to get browned. I let it sit for a minute and flipped it onto a cooling rack before transferring it to my plate. Whatâs nice about the deep cuts in the pattern is that it makes pulling apart single servings easy. You could probably use different toppings to toss in the pan, like shredded cheese or savory spice. Iâm not a big fan of cooking/baking, BUT, I do love the pretty molds… so even using the cheapest/easiest ingredients produces a very pretty product and makes the house smell nice.

excellent product and results
I love this product. It has made my holiday baking really shine. You absolutely must oil and flour the pan well or you will not get the results you want. I love the way the pattern makes it easy to cut slices in 12 even pieces. I recommend it highly

Excellent cake pan!
First time using it for the holidays. I made a red velvet cake and showered it with powdered sugar and placed blueberries and a fancy cut strawberry in the middle for my daughter’s holiday party. The picture is while it’s cooling. I used Bakers Joy Spray, which I believe is a must because of the dimensional surfaces. I waited 25-30 minutes before placing it on a plate and it came out perfect!!

Beautiful Cakes & Brownies
I’ve been wanting this pan for a couple of years and finally bought one. It’s heavy-duty, well made, solid, and just like the photos. I highly recommend using Baking Spray to make it easier to release your bake and to clean after. The thing to know is that there are 2 depth levels due to the design — shallow and deeper. So you might consider adjusting your baking time depending on how you like the texture and bite / chew to be. In. my case, I love gooey brownies. My first bake in this pan produced a chewier texture than I prefer… and I realized I wasn’t thinking about the depth differences. Next time, I may undercook my brownies by a few minutes, to keep that gooey texture I prefer. Just a nuance to keep in mind; overall — happy I have this pan.

Bu markayı uzun süredir yorumlarından takip ediyordum. Ä°lk deneyimim. Ãok baÅarılı, mutfaktaki emeÄinizi boÅa çıkarmayan ve her defasında aynı hassas deseni almanızı saÄlayan tutarlı bir kalıp. Yeterli aÄırlıktaki döküm yapı ısıyı dengeli ve homojen yayar, her tarafı eÅit piÅmiÅ kekler piÅireni olduÄu kadar tadanları da memnun eder.

Well made solid quality cake tin. Expensive as I’m in the UK but totally worth it as the cake cooked evenly and quickly and the tin will last for years. I’ve bought cotton drawstring bags to store & protect my collection of Nordic Ware tins. I’ll never go back to silicone or thin carbon steel tins.I liked the fact that we could easily pull or cut off pieces of the baked cake. In the picture I used the low carb / keto gingerbread bundt cake recipe from the Diet Doctor website. Delicious!

This pan works well with a muffin or bread-like recipe, something with a little strength that holds it’s shape easily. It doesn’t work well with the recipe included with the pan, It’s much too delicate and doesn’t unmold intact. Most unfortunate, but at least I did come up with a recipe that would work. 😀 BTW, it’s not a real pull-a-part pan, but if the sections are cut through and leaving the outside edges connected, you end up with a neater pull-a-part none the less. 🙂
