Waited way too long to go wireless
I decided it was time to buy myself some wireless buds and a friend recommended Galaxy Buds. So I did some research and found the 2 Pro seemed like my best option, but they were pretty expensive, then I discovered Amazon refurbished! I bought mine refurbished like new. When I got them, the case and tiny gaps in the buds did still have traces of earwax so I cleaned them up with rubbing alcohol, no big deal. They looked great regardless. I also had to reset them so they weren’t still connected to the previous owner. Minor oversight for the price I got these beauties for. I mainly use these at work so I can’t have more than one in at a time which is important since the ambient and noise canceling features don’t work unless you’re using both. First, the way the buds fit in my ear block sound out really well without the noise canceling feature. Sometimes I have to readjust the position so they don’t hurt my ear but once they’re in place, they’re snug. It is a little hard to get them back out since they conform so well to the shape of my ear, so I’ve dropped it a few times. They bounce but are resilient so no damage so far. Also, I have them programmed so the volume is controlled by long presses so I accidently long press the touch pad when removing them and often put them back in to either loud or silent music depending on the ear I’m using. The tap feature is responsive but you need to be precise, however, one tap instead of the intended two simply pauses the tunes. No big deal there. This is my first pair of bluetooth buds so I’m not sure if it’s normal, but these can tell when they’re in your ear and will stop the music when you take them out.The battery life even without the noise cancelling feature isn’t enough to last the whole day without being put back in the case, but a quick 10 minutes in the case charges them up quite a bit and the power in the case allows me to go days without plugging it in. Not to mention, using just one means I can switch it out if it goes battery low.Overall, I love these buds. Buying refurbished saved me so much money on a quality product that I will be using until I break them or they die. Worth it!

Cannot use after 4 months.
It got worse and worse over the last week but now everything I listen to has a quiet high pitched whistle that becomes deafening if I move my head or adjust the buds

Not clean
Headphones seem to work well once I cleaned them. Looks like they weren’t properly factory reset I had to rename them from “steven’s buds”. Steven – you left some ear wax in the tips.

It’s a nice product, refurbished but u can say that only by original box that was open. But it came in sealed original box 📦 inside was looking like new /as well as the cable was packed as new tooI was worried about how buds will fit in my ears but it’s totally perfect fit that I ever had, never fall down , so perfect foe the running as well.Clear sound in Metro/BusFor better experience of the sound have to go to Wear app and put settings as you like manually, u have 2 types of the touch controls, set them as u like👍

Pedi morados…llegaron negros, los pruebo….tienen un ruido y solo funciona bien un audifono…definitivamente no conviene comprar este tipo de artículos reacondicionados y más si el vendedor no pone atención a los detalles
