Great quality
This turning peel is great for turning the pizza in my 16â oven. It is very well made from quality materials. The handle is long enough so that I donât burn my hands near the 850F oven. All of the Ooni accessories I bought have been top quality and this is no exception.

Originally I purchased a shorter turner but it was too short so I purchased this one and it works great to turn the pizza in the outside pizza oven. Iâm glad I purchased the longer version of the pizza turner

I was hesitant to believe I needed a turning peel. It really makes maneuvering your pizzas much easier. Overall itâs a good product. I wish it felt a little more solid. Itâs a little flimsy and the handle is plastic but still works well.

Love our ooni and this is helpful
We use this product to turn our pizzas in the ooni oven. My husband is the main pizza chef at our house and he says this makes things much easier. We own a very nice peel for moving pizza in and out of the oven, however this works much better for turning it. I thought he was crazy needing this for the price but he is very happy with it. If he’s happy, I’m happy. And the man makes great pizza â¤ï¸

Solid construction, typical of Ooni branded products. Tool specifically designed for turning pizza in a super hot oven which is necessary to promote even cooking. Paddle is too small to launch pizza into oven unless you are making one bite pizza (hmmm…). Also reserves the larger peel for launching and retrieving. Don’t want to construct pie on a hot peel (dough will stick, launch will fail) if you are in multi-pie mode.

J’ai récemment acquis cette pelle à pizza en aluminium anodisé, et je dois dire qu’elle a transformé ma routine de cuisson de pizza. Sa légèreté et sa maniabilité sont exceptionnelles, permettant de manipuler la pizza avec une grande facilité. La surface antiadhérente est un véritable atout, facilitant le glissement sous la pâte sans effort. Le manche en nylon renforcé de fibres de verre offre une prise solide et confortable, ce qui est essentiel lors de la manipulation de pizzas chaudes. Les perforations de la pelle sont bien pensées, réduisant l’excès de farine et prévenant ainsi le risque de brûler la pâte. Cependant, j’ai remarqué que les délais de livraison peuvent être un peu longs. Malgré cela, la qualité du produit compense largement cette attente. En somme, cette pelle à pizza est un excellent investissement pour tous les amateurs de pizzas faits maison cherchant à perfectionner leur technique de cuisson.
