The video and image capture quality is good. Iâve used the microphone, to some effect, to calm my dog down. I actually got this specifically for my dog who has separation anxiety (and is so big he can get outta anything if he wants). A camera with live feed for my dog is isnât necessary in my life, but the feedback has been nice.Set up was so easy. The app seems secure (fingers crossed). Iâve had the camera lose power (no fault of the camera) and when turned back on, the camera is back in business. It was all surprisingly straightforward. The camera came with accessories, too, giving more options for camera location.Itâs frustrating to have to pay for cloud service but itâs no big deal to add an SD card (except that arguably the cost of the SD card does offset this cameraâs price point). I havenât gotten an SD card yet, nor did I opt for the cloud service, and the camera and app are still very useful.I got this as a Vine product, but I wouldâve happily paid the retail cost for it. There were a lot of low-cost webcams/baby cams available and I continue to be glad I went with this one. I will let you know if anything changes!

Struggles Late at Night
I can promise you my kids are getting up in the night to pee-they wake me up. YET, this doesn’t seem to catch the sounds or the door opening. It sometimes misses things when a person moves in front of the camera quickly, too. So, it’ll say there was movement, but you won’t know who or what it was because there will be nothing in the photo showing. It’s great for keeping an eye when not home and talking to the dog when we’re not there so he stays calm-he hates being alone. It just needs a little help in that one area. The picture comes through clear, it covers a large area of the room, and is great for keeping an eye on our baby when he’s asleep, as well. Pretty good camera, just needs some minor improvements.

I’m the type of person to always wonder whether I closed the garage or not. There’s been several times in which I’ve had to go back to double check just to find out that the garage is indeed closed. Fortunately that won’t be an issue any more thanks to the owltron camera. This camera was super easy to set up. There’s an app needed to set it up and monitor the camera, which is also very easy to navigate. The video quality is great with very clear sound and image. Night vision is also superb. I definitely recommend this camera for any type of monitoring or in my case, peace of mind. It is a great value for the price.

The Owltron indoor security camera was easy to set up, causing no âimproper wordsâ. It connected easily to my WiFi router- first try. The video streams well without too much delay. (<3 seconds Iâd say) The picture quality in bright light is great, in dim light itâs really good, and in near total darkness is acceptable with infrared. (See attached photos in dim light and near darkness.) The digital zoom is pretty good too, even in dim light. (Attached)I donât use several of the features. I donât need to record so I donât have a micro SD card installed (and I certainly donât need to pay for cloud storage) and I havenât paired it with Alexa so canât comment on that.Overall Iâd recommend.

Works well and the 2K picture looks okay
If you just need a camera to monitor a small area in the house for movement then this is a good camera at a low price. The App is no frills but gets the Job done. I am not using an SD card as this is just for watching the inside of my Garage. I have other Cameras outside for covering the exterior of the house.There is the usual lag that you get with these budget cameras and some dropped frame rates at times but at least the App is not intrusive. Overall an okay camera at a good price, it is not super great 2k detail but it is good enough for most small applications.

Very simple to set up. Video is clear and with the two cameras I’m able to monitor the danger zones. With two way voice I can also communicate and hear her response. Voices are clear. Such peace of mind being able to check in and make sure all is well. Several options to set up exactly how it works best for you. Best purchase ever!

This product is great. Really easy to set up, and works reliably.I’m not using recording, we use this as a dog monitor when we’re away from the house. Set up via the app was easy, and really quick. Simply setting up an account let the software do it’s magic to connect you to the camera wherever you are, whenever you have a network connection.The camera even is easily added to Google Home app on mobile, by simply linking the Owltron account with Google – and then it can be shared as a live feed amongst family.Very happy with this.

I bought this in December 2023 and it is now August 2024, Iâve used the cameras in my kitchen and lounge windows , it does not necessarily need the night mode on at night as the night light camera can reflect off the window and give no picture of anything but the light but like I said it really isnât necessary for that , used facing inside the home is great , the picture is good and the two way talking ability is handy . You can change the settings to only notify you when movement is noticed or you can ignore all and just have it set to record any movements and store it for later viewing , you do need a subscription for this but itâs very cheap and worth it in my opinion . Iâve had no problems with picture quality or anything and the cameras have been in constant use since the start . Connecting to wifi and to phone was very easy with the app . Once ordered I was sent an email regarding helpful tips with set up etc , canât comment on customer service as it really hasnât been necessary as the cameras have continued to perform well.As it is a plug in no comment on battery life but it runs well with the lead plugged in as expected lol. All in all I would recommend this .
