Great purchase
I received this laptop yesterday, set it up quickly and easily, and it works great! I’m really impressed that I can get a good laptop for around $250. I use it for email, various internet activities such as streaming videos, running MS Office apps like Word, and other everyday activities, and so far it’s just what I wanted. Recommend highly.

At first I was having issues with it as it was not coming on but once I charged it properly I realized I was doing the wrong thing.This as been the best thing in my life I use it for work and school. Itâs definitely worth the buy.

Refurbished laptop was not wiped out.
Bought this for my technically challenged brother. So, thank GOD I bought the laptop with a 2-year support and warranty package (from another company) as according to my brother and his GF, the laptop was not reset to factory defaults and had the previous users accounts still on the laptop.

Nice Laptop After Uninstalling All the HP Bloatware
Add an hour to your prep time for this or any HP machine. Laptop is powerful and peppy, but if you do NOT remove the preinstalled apps/bloatware before you get off to the races, it will drag the computers memory and CPU processes down. Won’t say it is not worth the money, as it is very affordable, but you have a little work to prepare for everyday use. Ultimately will be a good laptop, just frustrating that you need to get rid of so much to increase performance before you start.

El producto me llegó antes de lo anticipado, veo que en el etiquetado no mencionan que es una laptop y está super bien, ya que no da tentación que se lo roben, bien protegido y por el precio del producto no me puedo quejar todo super bien. Estoy instalando todo lo que es drivers y va super bien, el material tambien bueno para su precio
