The new T cards from TUF Gaming and Prime offer 16GB VRAM, HYPR-RX, machine learning-powered super resolution, advanced cooling with Axial-tech fans, optimized airflow designs, and phase-change thermal pads for superior heat dissipation.

ASUS has unveiled the AMD Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards for its TUF Gaming and Prime families, featuring the cutting-edge RDNA 4 architecture, 16GB of VRAM, and HYPR-RX technology. These GPUs are built for high-performance gaming with AI-powered enhancements, improved ray tracing, and a new super-resolution mode that leverages machine learning. With DisplayPort 2.1 outputs, users can experience ultra-high resolutions and refresh rates.
The key features are:

- Space-efficient 2.5-slot design
- Cooling: Triple-fan Axial-tech with optimized hub & barrier ring
- Enhanced Performance: Phase-change GPU thermal pad, dual-ball fan bearings
- Durability: Auto-Extreme manufacturing, aluminum backplate, dual BIOS switch
The company brings its renowned cooling expertise to the TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Edition and RX 9070 OC Edition. A trio of 11-blade Axial-tech fans provides high-pressure cooling, while 0dB technology ensures silent operation during light workloads. A Dual BIOS switch allows users to toggle between performance and quiet modes without additional software. The cards also feature ASUS GPU Tweak III, offering extensive performance customisation.
The company has replaced traditional thermal paste with an advanced phase-change GPU thermal pad for superior heat dissipation. This pad solidifies at room temperature but liquefies under heat, filling microscopic gaps for enhanced conductivity and reliability. The TUF Gaming series is built to last, featuring a metal exoskeleton, dual-ball fan bearings, and military-grade components for rock-solid power delivery. An aluminum backplate and PCB coating protect against moisture, dust, and debris, ensuring long-term durability.
The company recommends TUF Gaming Gold PSUs (750W-1200W) for optimal efficiency and durability. The Prime Gold series, featuring 80 PLUS Gold certification, ensures reliable and stable performance. The graphics cards from authorised ASUS dealers will be available starting March 6, 2025.
