The cleaners remove residue in electronics manufacturing, working with both automatic and manual systems, and are approved by top manufacturers.

With the introduction of Etimol DFX 82 RAN and Etimol DFX 83 RSN flux removers, the specialist in component cleaning media have launched two innovative products that have already passed practical testing and earned approval from leading electronics manufacturers.
The flux removers are suitable for electronics manufacturers, component cleaning specialists, and businesses focused on safety, as they provide effective cleaning of flux and paste residues in both automated and manual systems. These products are particularly suited for companies prioritizing occupational safety due to their non-hazardous nature and high flash points, making them perfect for electronics production environments.

Etimol DFX 82 RAN is a neutral, solvent- and water-based cleaning agent designed for both automatic and manual removal of flux and paste residues in electronic manufacturing. Its unique formulation combines a solvent-water base—ensuring effective drying—with specially selected organic additives. The product avoids the use of flammable and hazardous solvents, and its high flash point contributes to enhanced occupational safety.
In comparison, Etimol DFX 83 RSN is a solvent-based cleaner, also developed for manual and automatic cleaning of flux and paste residues. This neutral cleaning agent is formulated without water, using a solvent base enhanced with organic additives to deliver excellent drying performance. Like its counterpart, it avoids flammable and hazardous substances, and its high flash point ensures a high level of safety during use.
“Etimol DFX 82 RAN and Etimol DFX 83 RSN are formulated exclusively from high-purity materials and are completely free from contaminants. The materials used were specifically selected for electronics production and do not cause corrosion. In addition, both cleaners are not hazardous goods and have already been approved by various electronics manufacturers,” explains Geßner, Marketing and Sales Manager at Emil Otto GmbH.
