Easy to Use
I’m very pleased with this purchase. To begin, I figured it would be more expensive to buy a blood pressure cuff alone. This is relatively inexpensive and worth every penny. I have absolutely no experience taking blood pressure and was surprised at how easy it is with this. The direction are clear and concise. The cuff is marked so you know what to line up with your middle finger (be sure to read the directions as my description is very abbreviated). The digital readout is larger making it easy to see and has additional color coding (the entire screen goes green, orange or red) that goes along with your blood pressure depending on how good or bad it is. It takes four AAA batteries. And it connects to your phone. I haven’t used used this feature yet. Definitely a good purchase if you’re trying to keep tabs on your blood pressure but have no experience doing it the old fashion way.

Serves its purpose, easy to read
This product provides readings for blood pressure as advertised. The large screen makes it easy to read, and the screen changes colors based in how high the blood pressure it. For example, it’s green when it’s in normal range, yellow with it’s a little above normal range, and red when it’s dangerously high. There is an option to connect it to your phone, but the app requires a purchase, which is a little frustrating, but other than that, it does what I need it to do.

23 yr career RN here and I recommend this BP device. I have used this for 3 weeks now and feel I can post my review and results. My initial purchase was a wrist cuff BP machine that I returned after a few days and it worked (didn’t work) as I suspected. I have seen these used at dentist offices, etc. but was never sure if they were correct as I do have Dentist anxiety lol. Anyhow, I quickly sent it back there’s no way to get an accurate reading on a wrist cuff.The old-fashioned upper arm cuff is still the only way to go, especially for a large adult with fluffy arms. My initial concern was the “one cuff fits all” would not work for me, but I was wrong. This cuff is a very generous length. I would suspect it would work for someone who is even at the 300 pound size or more. There is a long length of Velcro, so it will fit very well on a smaller arm also. They did a good job on this. The cuff is clearly marked how to position on your arm also a plus. Not every cuff is positioned at the same place on the arm. They definitely have variations in design. So do look at the diagram and place it correctly and make sure the tubing is secured onto the device as it can wiggle loose.Now onto the device. it takes a couple of batteries and so far the batteries are lasting a good amount of time. The app was easy to install and you need to do this first if you want to change the time and date on your device. It connects to your phone app via Bluetooth. This is helpful if you are tracking serial BP‘s during the day. This device is very easy to use: simply place the cuff on your arm, make sure you’ve been sitting for a couple of minutes at rest. Sit up right in a chair with your arm relaxed, legs uncrossed, and push start. It is always good to take a series of about three readings within a minute or two of each other to get an accurate picture of your blood pressure. it is also recommended to take it around the same time every day. First thing in the morning before coffee or caffeine. And maybe in the evening before bedtime or however your physician has instructed you.What I like about the phone app is you can record your blood pressures and bring it to the doctor’s office. Here you can track trends, and things that could be triggering a higher blood pressure reading and also verify the accuracy based on the doctors office cuff. Not easy to do because of the common anxiety of that environment.This blood pressure device does not give you MAP (mean arterial pressure) so you will have to calculate that yourself if you’re needing that data. MAP = [SBP + (2 × DBP)] divided by 3.Other than that I give this device five stars for a home use tool.

Funktioniert einwandfrei und die App ist super, damit kann man was anfangen

Avevo acquistato precedentemente lo stesso apparecchio di seconda mano. Devo riconoscere che chi lo aveva avuto lo aveva trattato al pari del nuovo. Trovate anche le batterie. Ma per un mio modo forse sbagliato la volta che l’ho usato sentivo un rifiuto a qualcosa usato da altri. Ciò non di meno , approfittando dell’offerta ne ho acquistato uno nuovo con convinzione e simpatia. La Ihealth ha creato una linea di prodotti accattivante e originale. Piccolo, ma con uno schermo a colori grande, qualità di materiali eccezionale, un bianco luminoso e cosa importante una precisione assoluta e comparata dal sottoscritto con altri misuratori. L’applicazione è fantastica. Fluida e sincrona con l’apparecchio. Mai un mal funzionamento. Scarica i dati singolarmente o in gruppo secondo l’uso, ne permette la cancellazione di quelli inutili o sbagliati ,in anteprima come in definitiva. Schermo che può essere usato anche in assenza di luce e ottimo per una misurazione a letto dove da il meglio di se. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale. L’ unico appunto che posso muovere si riferisce all’ attacco del tubicino che è posizionato in basso ,io l’avrei messo lateralmente e aumentando l’ altezza del piedino superiore in modo da favorirne l’inclinazione. Per il resto silenzioso e affidabile. Parsimonioso il consumo delle batterie considerando che mota le così dette “ministilo” . Pienamente soddisfatto.
