The sleeping bag came folded in sealed plastic. It is very light weight and yet the fill is surprisingly good insulation. I like the double bag set up. Two people can sleep comfortably with enough to room to spare. Personally, I think that this is sleeping bag is very well suited for use late spring to early fall. The owner/user manual states that you should not store it compressed and contained in the supplied stuff bag, because it would cause the fill to compress and may not insulate as well. I do recommend this bag, but please read the owner’s manual to utilize this sleeping bag to its full extent. Camping inside a tent would be the best way to enjoy this sleeping system, however, should you desire to sleep in the open, a waterproof ground cloth or a sleeping mat would be beneficial. The price is very good and quality is acceptable for most camping excursions. The customer service excellent and they are very easy to work with.

Took this camping in a freak cooler spell so temps dipped down in the low 40s/high 30s overnight. I had to go back and look at what it was rated for when we got back because I wouldn’t have known it. Completely warm all night, and plenty of space for 2 people (and I’m a taller & bigger person). Didn’t feel claustrophobic or cramped in there at all. Felt comfortable on the skin too with the liner. Fully unzips too so you can have blankets if you prefer. Rolls up and stores well too with extra room in the bag for small pillows.
