I started substituting lunch with protein shakes about a year ago. As much as I love them, I always seemed to feel bloated throughout my entire abdomen after drinking them. I didn’t like the way my tummy always looked distended and I felt a “heaviness” from drinking them. I did some research and found protein can be hard for some people to digest. I looked at this product and noticed it contains alot of natural ingredients. I read all of its reviews and decided to give it a try.The first day I used the pills (which I actually take with the protein shakes) I noticed no more of the “heaviness” and no symptoms of feeling overly full and bloated. My tummy is now MUCH, MUCH FLATTER and I’m a happy camper.

I like the bloat one not sure if seeing a total difference but I think it helps. Only tried that one 4 times. The metabolism one every time I took it and I only did one after eating and in morning. I first had trouble with swallowing it the everytime hit stuck in throat then after like 20 minutes start getting pains in chest then stomach would get very nauseous and feel sick. I know itâs this pill bc I take separately when I take new pills and would only happen after this one. So I am not sure if I have an allergy too or what. But wonât stop me from trying more from this brand.
