Game changer!!
We brought my mom home from the hospital and she needed assistance to get in and out of bed to use the bathroom or to do anything really. These buttons were an absolute lifesaver so convenient and worked like a charm. Especially for the price!

Easy to use
I bought this for my mom who was on hospice. We needed to be on call 24/7 but give her privacy as well. There are different sounds and volume to my end. My mom pushes a button and we came a running. It did not disturb my dad while he was sleeping in the same room as there is no noise on the person pushing it. Our end needed to be plugged in but that was not an issue for us. We felt comfortable and secure using this system.

Works great in house
I wanted a device that didn’t require a phone app or wi-fi. This works perfect from one end of the house to the other. However, my stepmom is in her horse barn for long periods of time (about 100 ft from house) and I worry about my Dad, who has several medical conditions. Unfortunately the signal would not transmit from the house to the barn. After my Dad read the instructions it stated that walls or metal(I believe) could interfere with the signal.I highly recommend if you will be using in home. Very easy to set up, transmitter has a variety of tones to choose from, volume is adjustable and very loud and clear on the highest setting.

This product is exactly what I needed for my wife as her cancer grew worse. It allowed me to sleep or work in an another bedroom while she could easily ping me when she needed me.I live the flashing light along with the choice of sounds and volume. No way I could sleep through it…very comforting for both of us.The 2 transmitters allowed me to hang one on the wall or bed while the other was in her hand.The seller was extremely prompt and courteous as well. 5 stars!!

Easy to set up. Easy to use.
I was able to set this up with clear instructions. Truly expandable for most situations. My 100 year old father has one button around his neck and another in the bathroom, down at the level he can reach if he falls. The 2 receivers are in the caregivers bedroom and the living area. Everything works as described and I am very happy with the system.

I hardly write reviews or would give a product a perfect score, but this works so well out of the box that I just had to let others needing a pager system for the elderly in the home this seems to be perfect.

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores

The products work like magic. I have given the call buttons to my parents. They are feeling more connected than ever to me with a press of a button from wherever they are at our home. It is very helpful for people who are taking care of aged parents, elders and patients. The best thing is both receivers ring at the same time when one call button is pressed

Amazon provided a rubbish service – initially delayed the delivery and then marked the product as delivered when it wasn’t. I ordered multiple items of which one was this. The box physically was not big enough to contain everything so I opened the delivery package infront of the amazon delivery driver and it was confirmed thoughbhis systems marked this product as being in the package and delivered it actually wasn’t. Amazon service was rubbish and despite the driver saying they will also report this back Amazon concluded the item was delivered. It was like to talking to a wall.I approached the product owners directly just to provide feedback. They provided me with a new product and monitored the delivery throughout. They actually listened to what I said, apologised though it wasn’t wasn’t fault and resolved the issue promptly. Product itself is great and exactly what I needed to place around the house. Easy and straight forward to use and manufactured well.

It doesnât have an Australian plug. You will need an adaptor which I got from local office works. It isnât mentioned in the ad. While its inexpensive on US site its pricey for Australians. That said it does exactly what its supposed to. It has a good range, a loud bell sound and simple set up. My husband is on oxygen and very breathless he just canât call out if Iâm downstairs. This is quicker for him than calling me on the phone. This is an excellent and simple solution.
