Definitely takes effort to get water out. But it doesn’t leak, and it is easy to hold. So, overall for hiking it’s great, for the gym not so great.

A squeeze bottle that you could not squeeze. When I tried to squeeze it it got all over the place. I had to completely turn it upside down to get water out of it which meant tipping my head all the way back…not ideal when you are on the move.

Underwhelmed with this purchase. I like a water bottle where you don’t have to squeeze the hell out of it to get a flow of water going and not enough flow at that. I hope this helps
