If you want to maintain your normal pH and healthy lady parts, this probiotic does all of that! I recommend taking it every day, not because if you stop you will notice a change, but you do notice that you feel better on it when you do take it. I have made it a part of my daily vitamin routine, its a great product!

As we ladies get older, we need some help with in the moisture department. I had a hard time producing lubrication and it really made intimate relations with my husband difficult and painful.
