Its Functional I guess
When I first opened the box, the first thing I noticed was the sticker that if tamperd with voids the warranty was ripped. Since the void warranty sticker is ripped, I am worried that it will not work and can’t return it. Next I notice other stuff in the box has been opened and is definitely not new in box as described. I did turn it on there are no instructions so good luck if you don’t know how it works lol. Just buyer beware you seems you are taking a risk.

Controllers do not work.
The tv remote works without connecting the bluetooth receiver to the console but even with noth lights solid on the controllers that came with it….they do absolutely nothing. I tried plugging in 2 separate xbox one controllers and a pc controller…tested them first and they are functional…and it kind of recognizes something is there. It wants a set up…but nothing but A,B,X, and Y are detected. And the controller shorts out on top of that. It is completely unplayable. My only theory is the batteries are low….I will go buy new ones…but that doesn’t explain why no other controllers are working. My theory is both usb ports are faulty. Why else would the remote work but not anything else. Trying out new batteries…but that still won’t allow me to use good controllers. Going to return if I cannot find a solution.
