I had a regular lock and deadbolt on my door lost the keys and decided to kick it in very easy I was surprised. Afterwards I installed one of these and let me tell you the door is so secure I don’t think I would be able to kick it in again. It’s definitely stronger than the deadbolt

I bought the 2 pack of these locks (one for the front door and one for the back door) and I love them. They open easily and ‘click’ into the locked position just as easily. They feel very solid and after installing them I believe the 800lbs force resistance claimed.Cons: 1. If I absolutely had to say something bad about them, it’s that because of the manual nature of the lock itself, they can only be locked or unlocked from the inside of the house. If you don’t unlock one of the doors and later want to enter through that door…you can’t. For example, if I forget to unlock the back door and end up out back, I can’t enter the house through the back door without first going in through the front and unlocking the lock from the inside. This is a minor hassle, easily corrected once you’re accustomed to the locks presence, but it’s worth mentioning because the locks work so well that you will absolutely be locked out of any door you don’t pre-open before going out. 2. If you place the lock low enough for a pet or child to reach, the lock could be accidentally locked by an excited pet pawing at the door or a mischievous child and once locked….it can only be unlocked from the inside. INSTALL IT HIGH ENOUGH ON THE DOOR TO PREVENT THIS!Pros: The mechanism is solid and smooth and designed in such a way that is extremely unlikely/if not impossible to be accidentally locked out while you’re away. I.e. I don’t see this lock closing on its own so long as you install it high enough up on the door to prevent pets or children from locking it.Overall, I’m extremely pleased by this purchase and highly recommend it.

Easy to install
Easy to install if you have the clearance in between your door and the “jam” make sure you measure it because while mine fit, just another 16th of an inch it wouldn’t work unless you chisel it out like a normal lock. It’s scraping the paint off the door in that area but I don’t care. I also didn’t use the screws that came with it. Flimsy and easy broken with the same kick some trashy illegal will use to break your normal deadbolt. No worries though, there’s something else waiting for them on the other side of the doorð

Is definitely safe. I guarantee you that nobodyâs gonna open your door or try to break in through that lock. Itâs pretty easy to install and itâs super safe. I love it and totally recommend it.

Very underrated!!!
This product worked fantastic on my new building doors! They came two a package and also included 2-2″ screws each, I do wish they also would include 2-3″ screws also,(so that you could choose which screws you want to use) . It makes a very tight lock on your doors and are so underrated. A fantastic purchase on my end.!

Itâs very solid but the screws barely fit, only tiny tiny larger than the screw hole, very easy to penetrate the whole (not joking). Use your own screws
