IT’S A FUN GAME: You can play by yourself or compete with your friends, spouse, or children! Use the strategy cards to earn extra points, give your opponent extra exercises, or block your opponent’s strategy cards! No boredom; you will never play the same game or get the same workout twice.

Great concept for a HIIT game/workout
Overall I like these cards, and I love the concept of the HIIT game. I did not realize when I ordered this that both sets of exercise cards would be identical. I thought there were 2 sets of exercises cards that were different. Just and FYI for future people buying. Iâm a personal trainer and bought these to mix into my husbands workouts, not so much for the game aspect, so that would have been helpful buying info for me.Also thereâs a bad review here that says they didnât have all the cards. I donât think they opened the third package. It has both the draw and interval cards. They are smaller stacks. I hate to see a 1 star review when it seems like it wasnât accurate.ProsGood variety of exercises – even though they are HIIT, there is a nice variety that works the entire bodyGreat concept of an active gameQr codes are nice to see the exercises actually being doneCustomer service got back to me super quick with my question.Cons:Cards are a bit hard to get out of the box without dumping them all out.

Has a nice variety of exercise to stave off boredom
This thing has a ton of exercises. You’ll get a lot of variety. I will not be using it with others and I don’t care about the points to be honest. What it does for me is provide a variety so I’m not doing the same old thing day in and day out. It has a color coding system(with words for color blind people) that works the arms, core, legs, chest and cardio. It has a QR code and link to use for a video. It has a short description below a picture. It doesn’t come with instructions though. It instead has a link for the instructions. It’s pretty simple though. You start with 3 decks. Each will have exercise on the top. The first two are all exercise while the third also contains your interval and draw cards. Sort them and then shuffle each set. Roll the dice. That is how many interval cards you need. Lay those out in a vertical fashion. Draw a draw card. That is how many will be in each row. Draw the appropriate amount of cards for each row and lay those out horizontal beside the interval card. You can use their interval timer or another on your phone to buzz you when you are done with each interval and rest period. If you want to compete, each card has a point value on it(1-3). You’ll add those up and whomever has the most wins OR if solo beat your previous score.

It’s what my nephew asked for – but so surprised at the small size.
He’s happy – but even he was surprised at the size. I guess it’s good for traveling. Pictures sure can be deceiving.

I wish this product had come with printed directions inside …
I wish this product had come with printed directions inside the box, as opposed to only providing a website link to view that information. I didn’t realize this when I had given the game to my son as a gift. He’s attending a military school that doesn’t allow leisure time internet access for the first few months, so he won’t be able to use this game until he’s home for Thanksgiving. I wish Stack 52 didn’t assume that everyone, everywhere would always have online access, and it DOES seem slightly incompatible with the concept of a HIIT fitness game. I’d imagine a lot of people are making this purchase to to get themselves or their gift recipients AWAY from a computer/phone/tablet screen, in the first place.

I have used this for solo workouts. Love that I do not know what I will draw Surprise EVERY time. I also used for my students in school and they loved it.

We havenât played yet. But looking forward to playing all exercises look as though the can be modified for those with health issues who may not be able to do it the exact way on the card. Not sure why people commented about a time as the interval cards you draw can have any number on it. Most people have a cell phone that controls the timer. Or they have a echo dot, or other smart device including perhaps a fitness watch all of which have a time. You can get detailed instructions online by watching a video or you can physically read them which is fantastic. Iâm sure our household is not the only household in which some learn better by watching and some learn better by reading and some learn better doing both. I learn best using both methods. Some learn better just by doing. So to me the game is completely intact, came earlier than expected. We are all excited to figure out a day thatâs best for everyone to play. My situation makes it a little tricky as I have stage 4 mantle cell lymphoma. Third cancer since I was 13. This cancer is different though currently treatable however incurable, however my treatment options are limited due to the complicated Heath history and other factors. I have started a donation project to help others who are newly diagnosed and about to undergo treatment. If you would like to help please purchase anything from my wish list that says donations for newly diagnosed people. Pass the word along thank you so much for your time. I hope if you order this game for your family it will bring you closer as a family well having fun and everyone gets fit at the same time. If you would like to email me please do at nicolerenee298@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing how others like the game. If you need more details about my cancer donation project Iâm happy to answer. Also I do accept Amazon gift cards, direct donations from my list, as well as item I need to purchase separately for the donation bags. Iâm trying to cover all age groups if you have more ideas let me k ow those too. Also to the company of this game it would be wonderful if you have a game similar without the need for resistance bands you are willing to donate to my project. Iâm not a registered charity but I will do my best to take a photo of anyone willing and on my Amazon page start a blog to show you the people who benefit from the generosity of others. I included it in my review as it was so encouraging to purchase something I can do.with my family.
