 This is some good workout while I work at my desk. Taking periodic times to step for a few minutes or so.On hard floor it is very sturdy, is pretty heavy and therefore made out of decent materials. It’s easy to use and highly functional. I can’t wait to use it more often.Highly recommend.

Needed something for when I’m typically just standing watching TV after a meal, and this what promising. Out of the box, it works quite well. The resistance is perfect and the movement is also very smooth for the value you’re paying. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for something like this.
