Great Drone – Fantastic Camera and controls
I’ve wanted a drone for awhile now, especially after I flew my friend’s $1000 drone. However, unlike him, I am not a professional and don’t need anything too fancy like the goggles. I came across this on amazon and thought it seems like a good deal for the price and I was right!Set Up-This drone was pretty easy to set up. All I had to do was plug in the battery on the drone (already pre-charged), download an app on my phone, and connect them (by connecting to a wifi signal), and I was ready to fly!Usability-The drone is really easy to fly. It does a great job being in sync and its controls are great. This is likely because they highly recommend you geosync it every time before flight. Once you do that, which takes about 10-15 seconds, it is ready for take off!One thing to note is that if you are indoors, make sure you put it in indoor mode (hold GPS button for 5 seconds) or else it won’t take off.Durability-The drone is very durable and pretty strong, great for beginners. Assuming you are relatively new to flying, you will likely crash your drone whether you hit a tree, wall, car or the ground. This drone is pretty strong and hasn’t broken despite many crashes. It also comes with extra propellers in case you break or loose one or a few.Storage-Unlike most affordable drones, this is very easy to pack and store! You can fold it and it comes in a nice little carrying case so you won’t risk breaking it in the closet or wherever you store it! You can also easily carry it around so it is convenient to take on trips or hikes.Overall, I would highly recommend this drone to anyone who is interested in playing around with drones and doesn’t want to spend too much money. It is a great drone to learn how to fly and ease yourself into this technology.

Decent quality and works as advertised
I have read the negative reviews and either I got very lucky and got one that wasn’t defective, or some of those reviewers didn’t follow the directions correctly. To be fair, the directions are a little bit convoluted and lacking but with some patience I was able to get it working. For this reason as well as I wish the phone holder was a little bigger, I couldn’t give it a full 5 stars. This is my first drone and I got it on Black Friday at a steep discount price of $87. I hadn’t really had the time to fly it outside until today and I was really impressed with it. It took very good quality pictures and videos and was relatively easy to control. I did try it inside a few times when I first received it and inevitably crashed a few times but it held up pretty well and showed no damage. It came with a generous amount of replacement blades as well as all accompanying hardware, including the screw driver. The carry case is of good quality also. As of now, I would have to say I’m very pleased with this unit and it has exceeded my expectations for the price. If my experience changes with subsequent use, I will update my review but for now, I give it a solid 4 stars. I would like to see a more comprehensive manual and flying tips and instructions though.
