Weird
Honestly thought it was a a weird marketing product. But it shockingly does help prevent/heal diaper rash. All ingredients are sodium/antibacterial. Would I say itâs glorified salt water? Yeah, for the most part. Makes sense why itâs always been recommended to clean/soak new piercings in salt water as it promotes wound healing. I like this product though! A similar product that highlights Hypochlorous acid (the antibacterial property found in bleach) is âBriotech.â Which I ironically purchased in hopes of treating newborn/baby acne as thatâs been found to help. Munchkin is smart to market this simple product to the infant/toddler audience as Iâm not aware of any identical products in this space. I will continue buying this salt water for its wound healing and antibacterial properties. Even though itâs mostly water lol

AMAZING 10/10
I wish this product was around when my first daughter was a baby. It eliminates mess and hassle as well. Ever since we started using this rash spray, my baby hasnât had any rashes at all. Definitely works a lot better than any cream Iâve used for diaper rashes. The smell is a little weird but youâre not getting this for the smell but the results it provides which is amazing. HIGHLY recommend to any and all parents! Especially if your baby is prone to rashes like how mine was.

Holy Grail
This stuff is truly a game changer. I use it after almost every diaper change, just 2-3 sprays and since I have started using it, my son has never had diaper rash again. He is 3 months old and sleeps through the night, I change his diaper and it is full and he still has no diaper rash. Before this he was getting it no matter how often I changed his diaper and now we have no issues! I wish it came in a bigger bottle, or a refill or something because I keep buying these tiny bottles but that is my only complaint! This will be a gift to any new moms in my life going forward as it has made my life and my little oneâs life so much easier and more comfortable

Prefer to creams for diaper rash prevention
I was skeptical that this would work as well as creams for diaper rashes and prevention, but this has worked out very well. I definitely prefer to the creams as itâs less messy and itâs kept my child rash free for the most part (older siblings used creams only and this seems to work equally well)

East use and not messy
We have been using this on our baby with every diaper change since we brought him home from the hospital and heâs never had a diaper rash! (Almost 8 months) I like it because I donât have a thick paste on my hands after using like I did when I used butt paste on my oldest.

Gross Smell
I don’t know what it is about this item but the smell of it really throws me off. I goes on clear and seems to do its job but the smell of it is very strong and not pleasant.

Cleared up terrible diaper rash overnight
My son got terrible diaper rash when we were trying a new diaper brand it was a bright red diaper rash and was persistent. We had tried several other rash treatment ointments and nothing was helping to heal my sonâs butt and although switching diapers did not make the rash worse it wasnât getting better. Within 12 hours of starting to use this spray my sonâs butt is no longer red and has healed. I cannot recommend this enough and will be gifting this to other moms!

If I could give this 10 stars I would.
I got this in a freebie diaper bag from somewhere. I tried it soley based on it being so much easier to apply then traditional diaper creams. You spray a few times, and your done. I find the creams to be kind of gross, but this is like water consistency. My son is approaching 1 year and heâs never had diaper rash ever. I recommend to all my mom friends. Itâs the holy grail of diaper rash aids.
