Excellent quality
These pods are excellent quality, fast shipping was highly appreciated as well. I make a lot of vanilla extract, some to include in gift baskets, some to just give to friends and also for my own use. So while I havenât tried it yet, I can say the smell was outstanding. The packaging was well sealed, and the pods themselves were highly aromatic and beautifully cured. I decided to make double fold extract this year so I used a lot of beans. Between the cost of the alcohol and the beans, my cost was less than half of what I would have spent to purchase single fold vanilla at the store. If you have time, (it needs to cure for a good long while, this batch is for next year) making good vanilla extract with quality beans like these, is definitely worth the investment! I know everyone who ever gets the small bottles I include in gift baskets etc, always raves about how wonderful it is. And using it is a true joy. Iâll be ordering another pkg soon to make vanilla sanding sugar and vanilla âcaviar â in special baked goods. Great product!

Best beans so far
I have purchased vanilla beans twice before I bought these. They are fresher, smell great, when I split in half the inside was not all dried up like others Iâve purchased. Great flavor, great product for the money, thickness and texture were perfect! Definitely recommend

Love these vanilla beans
I am a huge fan of everything vanilla, but am not a big fan of vanilla extract or vanilla paste. I tried several other brands of vanilla beans before, but like these the best – because they are organic, good quality and great flavor. I always dry the vanilla beans and then grind them to powder, which I use to flavor yogurts, smoothies, milk, cookies, cakes, etc. Not only do these beans make the kitchen smell great while drying, they retain their smell and flavor after drying and grinding, and being stored in a air-tight container for several months.

Good quality although a little small
I bought these to make vanilla extract. In the past I purchased Grade B (as in âbadâ) pods and really didnât get anything that resembled usable vanilla extract for almost two years. Given that I didnât want to wait that long to see another batch come to fruition, I opted for these higher grade pods. They are a little smaller and a few were a bit dry, but for the most part they are wonderfully fragrant, soft textured, have beautiful even color and vacuumed sealed for freshness.

Very Fresh
The beans came very fresh, with a wonderful vanilla scent as soon as I opened the package. They were plump and shiny, just as they should be. The last beans I got (from another company) were dried out and sad. Four months later my vanilla extract still doesn’t smell like vanilla. I’m starting over with these beans and I expect an excellent result. After just a few weeks it already smells wonderful. I also love that they are organic. I’ll be buying these again. Definitely recommend!

These vanilla beans are very nice and great quality! Used them to make bottles of vanilla for Christmas presents. Worked great, moist and full of vanilla paste that will make the vanilla great! Very pleased with this product!!

They smell absolutely heavenly
I was a little worried about buying these as I read a lot of negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived vacuum-sealed and in perfect condition. I still haven’t cracked open the package yet and you can smell them through the packaging, and it is heavenly! In fact, given the very delicious smell I thought maybe the package was ripped or had a small tear but nope, still completely vacuum sealed and tightly secured. These beans are just that good that you can smell them through the packaging. I can’t wait to use them in my creme brulee. I will definitely be buying more that’s for sure!
