Our favorite diaper rash cream!
My son has sensitive skin and we’ve tried many different brands of diaper rash creams. We have landed on Desitin Max Strength as our favorite! This is not cloth diaper friendly but my son uses disposable diapers. It is one of the few ones out there that does its job effectively and also helps heal his poor skin when things flair out of control. I would recommend this product to everyone and even buy this brand for baby shower gifts!

This is maximum strength Destin adult diaper rash cream and if you use a thick layer of it before you put on your diapers it really helps you from getting a rash and it smells very good I use it a lot

A friend of mine .who is elderly .was suffering from extreme diaper rash from having to wear what we call “paper pants”. She also had to take a pill to pee which made her go to the bathroom constantly. We tried everything to get rid of her rash… even went to the doctor… but nothing worked until we got this medicine. We had tried regular Desitin and it did not work for her… so thank goodness we got this max strength Cream with the 40 percent Zinc Oxide.

Iâm a full grown man who wears diapers 24/7 365 days a year. All the reviews here are for babies, of course we all know babies and old people arenât the only humans who wear diapers just because.I was using north shore mega max diapers and still getting rashes occasionally. Omg this is night and day compared to what I was using before. Obviously since Iâm physically an adult, I can put it on myself if my daddy isnât around. Had a mild rash today and now I forgot about it after using this product.It doesnât feel sticky. My daddy just changed me I feel so clean and fresh itâs unbelievable!!!

Amazing
This is the only butt cream that heals my daughterâs butt rashes. She gets rashes pretty often from daycare not changing her fast enough and this heals her butt overnight!!!!

This product is not quite as thick as I was looking for. I mix the cream with a small amount of liquid antiacid. I do like a thicker product, but this is a cream and not a paste.
