Great Value!
These pants are pretty impressive. They’re everything that was promised and despite the inexpensive price, they feel quality made. The stretchy waistband and roomy fit around the entire groin and thigh areas create a very comfortable and secure fit whether walking or sitting down. They fit me great. I love the full range of motion which is invaluable when some of the strenuous hikes require a bit of climbing and stretching. When they say lightweight, they aren’t kidding. They’re pretty thin too but not in a bad way. This makes them great for throwing into a backpack as a backup pair or perhaps if you want to switch out into something that can take on some mud and water. Of course, they work great as a main pair, especially during the warmer months since it’s so light and thin. I haven’t been able to test the waterproof nature of them but based on the material, I have a feeling they will do well. I’m looking forward to wearing these to the beach in the colder months which is when we tend to go most often. The little belt it comes with was a pretty nice touch too, compared to the usual thick canvas types with the metal loops that usually come with shorts/pants. While I have a real belt to use, I used the one this came with for some other outdoor pants when doing yardwork and it worked out great. The thin profile and light weight is helpful when it comes to all the bending and crouching I tend to need to do.

Comfortable and flexible
As a delivery driver these pants have quickly become my new favorite when shorts aren’t practical such as rainy days. They are very flexible which allow for ease of movement and great for stepping up on a lift gate. The flexibility is also great for when om driving as they don’t bunch up around the groin. This makes for very comfortable work apparel. The thinness of the fabric is great for heat dissipation while on the go as well but do worry me about durability. While I don’t feel like these pants would be easily destroyed, it is a valid concern with any fabric that is thin and flexible but so far so good! The only major downsides that I’ve found are the zip up pockets on the sides where you’d normally put your hands, because of the zip-down design ot can be difficult for storing clip on gadgets such as a pocket knife or flashlights. The right side cargo pocket will fit most conventional cell phones but larger phones such as my Samsung Note will stick out about an inch or so. Overall they are great pants for hiking or for work!

light weight and wrong size
I ordered a 40 x 30 and they sent a 40x about 33 the seller of the product reached out and refunded the money. So if you are unhappy at least you get a decent response from this seller

Lightweight, lots of pockets, comfortable but thin – more of a lounging pant
First, these pants are super comfy. They hardly weigh anything, even with all the pockets having nice, smooth YKK zippers. There are two waist pockets, two knee side pockets, and two back pockets – lots of storage. When I first put them on I knew they would be great for lounging around but still being a little more presentable than wearing sweats. So far, they are great to wear around the house. I haven’t had a chance to test the water proof-ness – I’d be surprised if I didn’t feel the water on my skin though. I’ll take these out on a hike, but wouldn’t expect them to hold up to too many brambles or branches so temper your expectations.Oh and the pants came with a free soft belt that would make a great travel belt. Since there’s no metal and just a plastic buckle, you can keep it on when going through TSA. I had to pay $30 for a similar belt, so that’s a great bonus. As for the sizing, the chart is spot on. I usually wear 29-30 and ordered the 28W and the fit was perfect.

Great pants
These are really great pants. I like the stretch and the water resistant material. They’re lightweight so you can wear these with confidence during the rough transition between summer and fall when you aren’t sure if it’s going to be 40 or 80 degrees from one hour to the next. They’re roomy too, giving you a good range of motion without being overly baggy.Only complaint is that the slippery material has a tendency to slide down at the waist on their own when you have a little extra weight in the pockets like a phone, keys and wallet, but they’ve thought ahead by throwing in a black nylon-web belt as an extra bonus (not pictured).

Very Versatile Pants
I ordered these for my son-in-law. He just took a job working with the special needs children at a public school. These look nice enough to wear to work and they are so stretchy and soft. He needs the flexibility to be able to sit in the floor, squat, bend, etc. The elastic in the waist helps with the comfort level while performing any of those tasks. The zippered pockets are great for storing his keys, phone, etc without worry of them falling out. They fit true to size and the gray is a really nice color. They are very lightweight yet rugged, they feel like soft “ripstop” fabric to me. I would have expected to pay much more than $32.97 for these (at time of order). There is a webbed belt included, the webbing is fine but the fastener is plastic and probably won’t last long. I didn’t realize a belt was included, so I’m not docking a star for that.

Very nice and comfortable hiking pants but the waist sizing runs large
Very nice and comfortable hiking pants with included web belt and buckle but the waist sizing runs large. I especially liked the zippered pockets and lightweight material. The elastic waist was also a nice feature and I ordered based upon the sizing chart guidance in the product description. That being said, the size I ordered were much too large in the waist. If I were to order again, I would do so one or possibly two waist sizes smaller.

Nice
Fit very well and have held up to several washes with no issues. Nice on the frame, and comfortable to wear
