    It’s great!
    I was surprised by how sturdy the materials are and by the well thought out contents. It makes it easy to write in my weights and reps, as well as warm-ups and cooldowns. It also has pages to track other goals of your choosing.It’s strong enough to hold up to many, many gym sessions. Plus the pretty pink color makes me want to pick it up and head to the gym.It has an attached ribbon for a bookmark as well as a nice quality loop that can go around the whole thing (or part of it) so it doesn’t flip open. . It’s so well designed for it’s purpose.

    Great way to track your workout.
    I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tracker. The price is awesome for all you get. It tracks exercise,reps , weight used. there is a peogress tracker and a daily tracker along with wonderful words of encouragement. I highly recommend it. I will be using it this year and see how it holds up to gym life.

    Beginner Work Out Journal
    Never used a workout journal before, but this one is simple to read and figure out. Lots of space for work details, cool body tracker and goal setting section. There’s only 2 gym tracker pages, but in the end those can be subbed on a calendar. Overall good quality, hard cover and back. Not bulky and not small enough for me to lose 😊

    Product is okay.
    The content of the product is great, I love being able to track my workouts. However, when I received the product, roughly 90% of the pages were inserted upside down. I was able to fix because it is a spiral notebook, but it was a hassle nonetheless. Still would say it’s worth the money, but would love to see future quality control.

    Works perfectly
    The entries are organized, logical, and easy to read. It’s very easy to track your workouts over time. The fact that you can add freehand notes is helpful also. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to be more serious about their exercise regimens. I will be buying this again when it’s time.

    Simple way to track workouts
    I’ve been using this workout journal for about six weeks now, since I’ve started a more serious strength training routine. I love being able to easily track my reps and weights, and there is also space for cardio and other exercises. The cover is sturdy and the closure and especially the little built-in bookmark comes in handy. Being spiral-bound makes it easy to fill out while I’m doing my workout, and I put my pencil in the spiral loop when I’m not using. All in all a great find. I’ll buy another of the same one when I run out of room!

    Fantastic workout journal
    With a lot of places going to digital I’ve been looking for a workout log that I can write in since I’m a little old school and don’t actually want to have my phone by me when I’m working out. So glad I found these. Just the perfect amount of detail I want to log, nice cover and spiral bound. Nice additional tracking info as well. Will handle the rigors of being in my workout bag. Great great product.
