The 80 W soldering station supports industrial, test, and R&D work with fast heating, energy-saving mode, and versatile connectivity for various soldering tasks.

JB Instruments has introduced the i-CON 1 MK2, an 80 W electronically controlled soldering station. Designed for industrial environments, test areas, and research and development, this professional soldering station provides precision and reliability for demanding soldering applications.
The i-CON 1 MK2 is suitable for all SMT and PTH soldering tasks in electronic production, rework, and R&D. Its powerful i-TOOL delivers enough energy for high-mass solder joints, while a variety of i-Tips enables quick adaptation to different soldering tasks.

This digital soldering station comes equipped with the ergonomic and powerful 150 W i-TOOL MK2 soldering iron. The high-performance tool ensures efficient heat transfer and precise control.
A motion sensor in the handpiece enables an energy-saving standby mode, which helps extend the lifespan of the soldering tip. This feature reduces power consumption when the tool is not in use.
The station is designed for easy operation, featuring an intuitive one-touch push button and large multifunctional displays. This allows users to adjust settings quickly and efficiently.
An optical indicator provides real-time feedback when the optimal process window is reached, ensuring consistent soldering quality.
For added versatility, the station is available with an interface to connect to a solder fume extraction unit, a heating plate, and a PC.
