We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of next-generation air pollution control systems, focusing on hardware design, testing, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electronic hardware systems for industrial air pollution control equipment
• Create detailed hardware specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools
• Develop and implement testing procedures for hardware validation and quality assurance
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure proper hardware-software integration
• Troubleshoot complex hardware issues and implement solutions
• Work with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth transition from prototype to production
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, modifications, and testing procedures
• Interface with customers to understand technical requirements and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
• Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency in PCB design and layout using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar)
• Experience with microcontroller-based system design
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, CAN)
• Experience with EMC/EMI compliance and design considerations
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems or pollution control equipment
• Experience with sensor integration and signal conditioning
• Understanding of power electronics and motor control
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (WiFi, BLE, LoRa)
• History of successful product development from concept to production
• Experience working with contract manufacturers
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
