TDK Corporation has launched the new D1SE series of single-phase DIN-rail mount power supplies, expanding TDK-Lambda’s lineup with a cost-effective, high-performance solution. Designed for essential functionality without compromising on efficiency or reliability, the D1SE series offers continuous operation at 120W, 240W, or 480W with a 24V adjustable output and efficiencies of up to 95.1%.

By minimizing energy consumption and internal losses, the D1SE series reduces component temperatures, extending long-term reliability. The power supplies support a 100-240V AC input and are also safety-certified for operation from a 93-300V DC supply, catering to systems powered by DC bus voltage or batteries.

Additionally, the 24V output is adjustable between 22.5V and 29V, allowing for voltage compensation and redundancy setups. For enhanced functionality, the series includes options such as a DC-OK contact and a PCB coating for harsh environments.

Designed for durability, the D1SE series is housed in a rugged metal enclosure, with a compact width of 38mm (120W), 44mm (240W), and 60mm (480W), optimizing DIN-rail space. The inclusion of high-quality electrolytic capacitors extends product lifespan, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
