Quick Delivery
I sent my daughter and granddaughter gift cards so they could buy groceries. I was in another state and they needed help. It was easy to buy the gift cards and they were delivered within 3 hours. Amazing!

Nice as gifts
This is a nice gift to give to someone you love. And they can choose what to eat that day. Or what socks they want. Or Pajamas. Or whatever their heart desires. They will love you for it.

Easy and great gift
I send these gift cards to family members who live far away. I don’t always know what they need or want, and buying and wrapping a gift, then getting someone to mail it is a hassle. It’s convenient for me to order a gift card from Amazon and have it shipped directly to the recipient. And no one ever doesn’t like a gift card. It spends just like cash, and the recipient can purchase whatever he/she wants.

Hacked
The gift card was hacked. I’m now spending my third day providing information to Blackhawk. They saw it was hacked and said they were waiting on an answer from the store where the card was used instead of where the person receiving the card was trying to use it. The first lady I spoke with at Blackhawk was great to work with. Before we hung up I asked if she needed any additional information. She said no she had all the information needed and was hopeful this would result with money being put back on the card. They began sending emails to the person I sent the gift card to and requesting additional information. They have two cases open on this, the original case and now a dispute case where they want additional information. She already provided them with a photo of the front and back of the card along with the personal information requested. They now want that same information, for the dispute case, along with completing a form for them, which appears to be the information they already have. When I can get on my computer I’ll look at the form to see what they want. My cc company, after I explained the situation three times, wants me to work with Amazon. Really? Have you ever tried to reach Amazon Customer Service? So many hoops to jump through. But I guess that’s what I have to do. If you purchase a gift card via Amazon make sure Blackhawk isn’t the seller. With the exception of the first woman I spoke with they are a nightmare to deal with.
