Awesome product, awesome company!
I wasnât supposed to receive my order for four more days – this company rocks! Iâm using my 12 year old hearing aids as backup (cause my 6 year old aids died) and two days ago one of my tubes broke! Living in Hawaii can be challenging medically and I called a local audiologist day before Thanksgiving and never got a return call. I decided to order the tubes from this company and resigned myself to only having one functioning hearing aid for the next 6 days. What a shock when I received the package today, 4 days early! They were also packaged really well. Thank you localbattery.com for amazing customer service and product! (Oh and I also received a 15% off coupon for a subscription). WOW!

Slow to ship
Item was what I ordered and fit description. One of the slowest shipments I have had on Amazon

5 Stars
I was amazed by how quickly I received my order. They must of mailed it immediately after I placed my order. And, I am most grateful that the seller offered a pair of tubes for only the right ear vice a pair with one being for the right and the other for the left. I am deaf in my left ear so, I wear a hearing aid in just the right ear. Purchasing a pair of right/left while only needing the right would have not only wasted the left tube, it would have equated to me paying twice to receive what I needed. (I hope that made sense).

Size wrong
I didnt notice that i got a size 1 instead of a size zero until my packaging was gone, Figured i couldnt return it by itself. Also it is more curved that previous ones i have gotten from EarMall. It just did not work for me. I tried warm water to straighten i a bit but it is just too long. I would attach a picture of the #1 but i dont feel like it… no use now. Just MAKE SURE THEY SENT THE RIGHT SIZE! 🙂 It happens. I should have noticed before i tossed the packaging.

Exactly what I needed.
I was very pleased that these hearing aid tubes turned out to be exact replacements for the old worn ones on my Phonak Bolero hearing aids. You need to be sure to order the correct size. The purchase order for my hearing aids stated size 2 tubes, and using a jewelers loop I could barely see a numeral 2 stamped on the ear bud end of my old tubes. The new ones are clearly marked in black. The old ones may have been marked in black four years ago, but now all there was a faint “2” stamped in the clear plastic.
