Paths: Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAM extend > Click and Select the desired expansion size (up to 8GB) >After selection, Click “REBOOT NOW” in the pop-up box > Expansion successful
Why can’t I download xxx app?

Everything works great and is very sturdy. Only downfall ive found is that when i use a different charger than what it came with, the battery life is awful. Still a good buy for the money. Very simple to get set up and use. Perfect size for our toddler, the stand is great.

Caution no charge after 3 months.
I ordered this tablet in September. My daughter loved it. She used it after school, she could download games, watch videos. The parental controls would notify me of any downloads that she would request. After 3 months it stopped charging. I reached out to the manufacturer and they never responded. I spoke to Amazon and they refunded my purchase and accepted the tablet back. They recommended either a Amazon or Samsung tablet as they are better quality and have a better warranty. Thank you Amazon.

I replaced this item twice, after about two weeks, it would stop charging and wouldnât hold a charge above 3%. That happened with two separate tablets.

All apps require purchase to use
I feel like this app is a cheap version of apple. Every app I have downloaded for my daughter, including free ones that she had on her Amazon fire tablet, all require purchase or subscription to be able to use and enjoy them. And some of them don’t require purchase to play but on this tablet they do! Very â¹ï¸. The setup does have more options compared to the UNDIGI tablet that I bought my son though.
