Great ghosts for the price and hold up well outside
These are great for the price – they look awesome hanging in our trees and they’re holding up well to the weather (we’ve had lots of rain this fall). They look small when they come out of the box but once you expand them and hang them, they turn out OK! I would like it if the faces were a bit darker and on both sides (they’re only printed on one side), but they still do the trick. They are lightweight and they are holding up so well that I plan on storing them to use for next year!

Value oriented Halloween decor – baseline quality at a very affordable price
This 5 pack of ghosts is a value oriented set – it’s certainly not the best quality, but it’s well worth the price per item.These lightweight ghosts are comprised of very little material – essentially a foam ball for the head, and what feels like foam covered wire for the arms (which are easily bent to your desired pose). A sheet of material hanging over that “skeleton” creates the ghost effect, and a face is printed on the fabric.Up close, it looks and feels very cheap – but the reality is the cost per ghost in this set is really cheap, so the dollar value feels right. The thing to consider is that most Halloween decor is viewed from a distance, where some “cutting of corners” on quality becomes less of a concern. I wouldn’t use these for “up close” viewing, but at a distance these work well and sell the illusion. Accordingly, this kit offers a great low cost way to quickly fill up a tree with Halloween decor in a single purchase. Pair it with other Halloween items to create a “scene”, and they’ll look even better.I do have some concerns about how they’ll hold up in the wind, just due to how little there is to them. I don’t think they’ll be particularly susceptible to any damage, but wind may easily blow the fabric out of position & ruin the effect until you untangle it / lay it back nicely over the internal “skeleton”. At this price though, it’s tough to go wrong – so we’ll see how they hold up in a few weeks as Halloween approaches!

 These ghosts are bigger than I thought and very good quality. I like that you can shape the foam arms however you like. Really fun!

Cute from a distance
My son used these to decorate his swing set. They look cute at a distance, but up close they look very cheap. A couple of the faces are very disproportionate, as though they were printed at the wrong angle. The arms are glued to the fabric in the wrong spot on a few so the sheet doesnât fall quite right. Weâve had them up for about a week now and two of them have large holes in the top of fabric. I assume this is caused by the friction of the string blowing in the wind. Anything more than $12 for these seems too high in my opinion.

Halloween Ghosts
My family goes all out at Halloween. We love decorating our yard for the month. I had some similar ghosts last year that needed replacing, so I ordered these. Yes, the ones from last year need to be replaced already. In my personal experience, these last only one season when you keep them outdoors. At least in areas where you get rain. By the end of October, the white cloth had mildew spots all over. I even removed all the white gauzy material and washed it to no avail. After examining these, I expect them to have the same issue. Of course, if the month is dry, I may be pleasantly surprised. But please don’t let that dissuade you from ordering these. They really are cute. And they look great hanging from trees! The faces are all different. Their arms can be bent somewhat for shaping. Of course if you hang them up inside, they’ll last much longer.
