Great value, good product.
No more gauze sponges or wrong “complimentary” sponges that you have to cut with scissors, (thankyou Coram), no more tape residue to deal with, and they’re comfortable to use. No sign of leakage through to my shirt either. Haven’t washed them yet so I guess that’s the real test for longevity and quality, but very pleased with them so far. Shipping was quick, no problems. Update: just ordered a second batch, blue ones this time so I can know which ones are the older ones. They hold up great in the washing machine. Pre-soak with woolite and oxiclean laundry bleach first for about 30 mins in a lingerie bag, than wash them in with a regular clothes wash. Pretty much come out looking and feeling like new. I don’t use a fabric softener as that interferes with the absorbency.. well happy, so much better than gauze and tape, no more scrubbing off tape grunge in the shower.

Super soft
The tube pads are so soft. Moreover I have washed these things hundreds of times and they are still holding up. I have ordered multiple batches of these because I like these so much. I would recommend them to any tubie. They donât scratch or aggravate your skin like many others.

These really cushion the area where the feeding tube enters the stomach. They absorb drainage. Great that they are washable and reusable

Wonderful product, does exactly what it is supposed to do!
We use these around my husband’s GJ-tube insertion site for absorption of drainage etc. They are great! The snaps hold well but are easy to open. The fabric is super soft and comfortable on the skin. (Way more comfortable than gauze!) I would recommend laundering these before use as they are much softer and absorbent after washing because they come in a vacuum sealed bag that really squishes them. I run them in my washing machine and then lay them on a flat surface to air dry. They dry very quickly, less than 2 hours.When I change them, I put the used ones in a container with water and a few drops of bleach to soak them before washing. That keeps them from getting too funky until I have enough of them to run a load of them.

They Work.
These are a little bigger than the ones I’ve been using on my son’s feeding tube. They work, though. They are likely to shrink over time as well. They don’t fit snuggly, but they fit well enough. I would buy them again, and will once these are beyond use.

Quality Control – most recent set is much thinner than the one I bought 6 months ago
I have bought this product twice to use around my daughterâs cecostomy tube in her colon. The first time I purchased these g-tube holder pads, they were thicker and very absorbent. However, with this most recent purchase, the pads are about 50% thinner and therefore not as absorbent. It is a shame because they really worked well – soft and non-irritating on the skin; easy to wash, and absorbing leakage around her cecostomy.

Holds in place
My cat had a feeding tube recently and we had to keep a pad around the where the tube came out of her neck under the collar the vet provided. As my cat started feeling better she would itch and rip the pads out from under the collar. I was so happy to find these because they snap and are secure around the tube. These are soft and work well.
