Easy to use with non stick coating
Iâve been wanting these sheet pans for so long, and they didnât disappoint! The nonstick coating is amazing,everything slides right off, making cleanup a breeze. The textured surface really helps with even baking, so my cookies and roasted veggies come out perfectly every time. My old pans were flat and thin, which often led to burned spots, but these have a nice, thick bottom that keeps food from sticking or burning. Space Issue
Though I haven’t used these yet, to date, I’m not fond of the handles. Upon receipt, you have to put the handles on, which is OK, but they’re not real secure. Also, I have a drawer below my oven that I use for a few cookie sheets. The handles on these sheets take up stacking room so now I have to place all of my sheets in an exact order or the drawer won’t close. I’ll still keep them.
