Matches the photo and looks very nice. The black flags are a thick-ish paper stock and the gold are shiny and metallic. The polka dots are only on one side of the flags, but that was just fine for our decoration plans. The flags come fully assembled in 3 separate strands, which you can use in 3 different places or tie them all together. Really lovely decoration and I’m pleased with my purchase.
