Great overall but small issue when connected to PS5
Have had this monitor for about a month now, and can say without a doubt that its the best one i have owned to date. The picture is bright and vibrant. Great for both gaming, watching TV or a movie. 4k really does make the difference, and I happened to get this at a discount which makes it even more worth it. There is a small issue when I close out of certain apps on the ps5. The screen goes black for about 1-2 seconds. I am not sure why. I have tried multiple, good-working HDMI cables and its still happens. It does not happen when I use the monitor for my PC though, so I am not sure whats going on, could just be user error. doesnt make a big deal for me though. only legit complain is that the power cable is attached to a power box which is kinda chunky and unappealing to the eye. makes it a bit difficult to organize/hide cables

10 Star monitor !
This is the first monitor I’ve ever used , I’m extremely pleased with it so far , the picture is unbelievably crisp and vibrant.Assembly took about 5 minutes or less , didn’t need any tools or instructions, it was all very intuitive and went together easily.Only needed a minute or two of tinkering with settings to get the colors right . And it’s Vsync AND Gsync compatible! The stand is the best I’ve ever used , any angle or height you want with no struggle or fuss. And it’s rock solid.I only have two little baby gripes ,It’s not clear which button is the power button initially. And the I/O of the monitor is very hard to physically get to and plug things into without endangering the monitor.Nothing that isn’t wrong with MANY other monitors anyway but it’d be nice if those issues were sorted out .All in all , This monitor blows me away and I think this will probably be my go-to for life.Gets a 110% recommendation from me .

Wicked Clarity
Overall a pretty good monitor- the PPI is pretty wicked at this size and the brightness and colors pop. The only downsides to this monitor so far are the viewing angles and HDR- The viewing angles are okay, and nothing to fret about if you are sitting perfectly perpendicular to the panel, but going off axis by any good amount will decrease contrast. Maybe I am just spoiled by QD-OLED and CRTs… HDR also seems to not be up to snuff- there is a single “auto” option in the menu, and the quality after enabling it in Windows makes me prefer to just keep it off and use my primary monitor (Dell AW2725DF) for any HDR content. The dynamic range in SDR is already decent enough though that I am not disappointed. As a secondary monitor with no risk for burn in, I highly recommend it.

Great Monitor
Super easy to setup, looks super sleek, the adjustable arm is great! Really stable and not easy to tip, only downside is the feet are pretty long but not a big deal to me.

Everything I Could Have Wanted
Great display first and foremost. No technical issues of any kind. Quality cables were provided and good instructions. Standard VESA mount available, but I’d advise against it because this is the best monitor stand I’ve ever owned or seen. The adjustment is easy and yet stable, and it somehow glides up and down effortlessly. Seems like actual magic. I’ve built my entire 3-monitor setup around keeping this stand attached, lol. Do be aware however that the stand will NOT attach to other monitors, the attachments mechanism is product-specific.

OP Monitor if you can get it on sale.
I got it during Prime Day for $300, and I have never been happier, 4k is definitely worth it. No OLED burn in to worry about will last me the next 7 years.

Support Is Virtually Non-Existent
The product itself is fairly good, if you get one that’s in working order. The display is incredibly bright and has amazing picture quality. The panel has problems though, in that it seems prone to dead pixels, and I happened to fall into this case. The first thing that came to mind was the “predator premium service.” It’s useless. It goes to the same call center as everything else, which is based in India. The dialect is incredibly thick, and there’s a clear language barrier. The CSR’s also have zero knowledge of the product. They couldn’t grasp the concept of a dead pixel or defective display. It was as if they needed to check one of two boxes, either completely busted and non-functioning or in working order.I was also informed that the policy is to not exchange or repair a panel if the dead pixel count is n<5, where n is the total number of pixels affected. After a heated exchange, they decided they would be open to repairing it but not issuing a refund. Here's where this proved to be the most unique tech-based experience I've had so far: the person asked me how many pixels were working in the display. When I said I didn't know, they asked if I could count and tell them, before we could move to resolving the issue. I stated it would be well into the millions. I'm assuming this was just to be able to state that the issue was "minor" on their end; it was baffling.Thankfully, Amazon took care of everything after reaching out. I explained the situation and within 20-30 minutes, I had a refund pending, as well as an option of immediate credit to purchase a replacement. They sent the return label, and I had the product sent for return within the hour. I've had some pretty bad experiences with CS before, but Acer has overwhelmingly topped everything else.If you're okay with gambling on the panel integrity, as well as having virtually no support line, this could be a good option. For everyone else, I'd point towards the Samsung Odyssey G70A, which is what I purchased with the refund.

Works good
It works as expected, the size is what I was looking for. The resolution is nice, the performance great. The sound is not perfect, but at least it has.

Great colours and viewing angles. Exceptional value, but I had to return mine cause there was dust behind the panel which was visible on a white screen.

I have two XB271HK Acer 4k monitors at 60hz, and I wanted a third main one for gaming at 144hz. This monitor is the exact same colouring and brightness as the other, exactly what I was looking for at a high refresh rate.Helpful TIP: The monitor is set on eco mode and has ACM disabled by default, so the brightness of the monitor is at it’s lowest. Change the brightness, then apply ACM and you’ll have full brightness. The selection menu for this feature is very janky as other say, but it works. It requires 1 DP or two HDMI cabled at the same time to achieve the 144hz 4k IF you have a 30 series Nvidia GPU. See Display Stream Compression HDMI 2.1 for more info. The bezels are minimal compared to Acer’s other 4k 144hz monitors. This monitor also has HDR support but I don’t like when HDR modifies the pixels to look worse.Acer monitors definitely get the job done. Would recommend Acer every time.

Full disclosure I am not an avid gamer, but for what I do this monitor is excellent. Super crisp and clear image, more brightness than I need, great ergonomic support.
