Essential Vitamns for overall health!
I love these vitamins! I have been using them for a couple months now (probably over a year?) but at first I wasnât taking them consistently and then when I started to take them consistently I did notice a difference. I take them at lunch during work and I feel more energized and motivated. On my days off Iâll still take them just to make sure I stay consistent. I noticed that I think more clearly and my brain can remember things quicker than before. I started taking them because I used to be a heavy smoker and felt as if I was âslowâ but this has definitely helped me out! Even when I go out for a night of drinking I feel good the next day. Just take these everyday as well as some pedialyte packets here and there and youâll feel good. I also go to the gym so that might also be why I donât feel as bad after a night out but yes these supplements are so great. Better than taking a whole bunch at once!

Summary: ingredients and cost are excellentI have ADHD(unmedicated) and damage from lymes diseaseI try a lot of supplements to help brain functioning. Most are just gimmics. If you look at alpha brain, thesis or other high dollar brain supplements. For one theyre expensive. Secondly theyre generally lacking. Thesis has a lot of good ingredients but since they try to get everything in there, theres too little.For example if neuro health wanted to contain lions mane. Youâd have to take another pill or they’d have to put a minimal amount in. Alpha brain is expensive and seems lacking ingredient wise. Neuro health is my only daily supplement. Other than that sometimes Iâll take D3 or more potent nootropics which aren’t good to take daily.Both ingredient wise and cost wise this is the best brain supplement. Some Lions mane will benefit the regiment. But atleast to me itâs blasphemy to take pills. Its one of the tastiest mushrooms. Its easy to grow in a small place. Theres plenty of kits u just spray with water.

Pretty Decent Brain Aid
I wanted to wait until I actually used to the product before I reviewed it. This product is pretty good in quality and for the price. If you are looking to get high, you are in the wrong place. This is not a controlled substance that you can get from your doctor, it is a natural remedy and it works pretty well.I noticed a boost in my concentration and my ability to remember things after a few days, but I think it should be taken somewhat regularly, the change did not happen over night. I am thankful that I found this product because I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was in high school and I have always had a problem concentrating and getting things done. This product has definitely been an aid in my ability to do so lately.I’ve tried a few different remedies like this one but this one seems to be very stand-up and consistent: it is definitely worth a try if you are like me and you have a problem being able to finish things that you start and/or remember things because you are distracted while you are learning them were reading them.Again I would like to iterate that if you are looking to get high, you are in the wrong place and this is not a product for you. I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about how they “don’t feel anything”. You are not supposed to take this to feel anything; you are supposed to take it to have better brain function. It will probably work differently for different people so don’t take my word for it, but if you are wondering whether or not it works and want to try it, I would encourage this as my experience was a positive one.
