Perfect size rolling pin!
Very please with my choice, size lenght, pin diameter, excellent hardwood! The rolling pin was very smooth when removed from the protective wrapping. Very tight wood grain allowing for a very smooth texture dough surface. Minimal dough adhesion to the surface when rolling out the dough. Easy clean with a cloth towel or paper towel, stored uncovered awaiting the next baking event. No moving parts (no center shaft with side handles) allowing for better control and excellent touch feedback. Perfect baking tool for the upcoming season.

I bought this rolling pin as a replacement for my American-style rolling pin; when I used that pin it felt like the handles would break off, and it was more challenging to transfer pie crusts to my pie plate. This one is made of beautiful solid wood. It is really lightweight and doesnât take up much space, unlike a lot of larger and bulkier rolling pins. It is really easy to clean with just a wet paper towel. It doesnât stick to the dough, and because it doesnât have handles you donât have to worry about them falling off. So far Iâve only used this rolling pin for making puff pastry, and it rolled out the dough beautifully. I love how this rolling pin feels under my hands. And the price was just right. I highly recommend this rolling pin!
