This parchment paper absorbs oil and allows it to pass through to your cookie sheet. It is a one use only item for cookies. It can also be used as a press cloth for ironing. It works great for my sewing projects and since it is thin I can see the seams I am pressing through the paper.

Cheap, easy to use. It’s easier to use the serrated edge to cut the parchment paper if you close the lid back down on the paper & then rip it.
