It has started to improve my digestive system. I am not one to give credit when there is none due, but for what I have been going through, this really works. The price is right, I do not leave my house without taking one first thing in the morning. I also put one in my wallet just in case. 🙂

I’ve purchased these over a few times and they do the job so to speak. Ha!ha! The capsules are the best kind for me and my boyfriend..helps us every day and it’s reasonable in price compared to the name brands..I’ve tried the tablet kind occasionally but I come back to this brand 9 times out of 10.. I just started out (my 2nd day). My gut has been giving me problems for months. I’ve been craving sugary things and drinking a lot of caffeine (as always). I will crave sugar and eat sugary things in the middle of the night cuz I don’t sleep very well. I’m a little constipated from the pain meds I take. So yeah, my diet and gut are pretty messed up. I started eating blueberries and was surprised how much I like those! I have gone through 15 lbs in the last month! They have seemed to help a little. BUT, these probiotic pills! 2 days and I feel as though I’m going to blow up! I have never had gas like this before. I guess that’s normal so I’m going to give it a chance and I’ll be back to update.
