Solid and easy to use
So the set up was amazingly fasy. It has anti slip strips and two notchrs in the back to hang on a wall. The device is very sleek if you can call office beige sleek and the little green lights are not intrusive.But….it doesn’t like my fans, actually two fans.I have a remote controlled fan and and this Alexa smart power strip. The power strip lights up and Alexa will power off my fan on command. However, on the start command the proper light powers on but the fan doesn’t start. I have to press the power button on the fan. Before installing the power strip the remote worked fine. I can even use the remote if the power strip is actively on.Why doesn’t the power strip activate the fans?Shutting the plug power off seems to do a hard shut off on the fan

A nice Alexa enabled powerstrip
Simple to setup with the Alexa app, it is sturdy, helps me maintain and protect my electronics, and best of all, it has two USB connections. It was a very good buy in my opinion. Looks good, too.

Works well for my setup along with Alexa
I have 2 lamps on my office desk that I wanted to control with my voice. This was the perfect solution and I still have 1 plug left.Setting up was easy using the Alexa app and the barcode on the back of the power strip. I renamed the plugs accordingly and then I grouped them into a group called “Office lamps”.Now I simply say “Alexa, turn on/off office lamps” instead of reaching for the switches on the cords.

Amazing for 3D printing!
This power strip is absolutely amazing if you run multiple 3D printers! I typically have 3 – 3D printers running at a time and I have cameras on each one so when Iâm away at work etc, I can keep an eye on them. Well, previously I had no way of shutting one off if I saw a birds nest developing or any other issue. Now with this strip, I can shut down just the offending printer from wherever I am, while the other two keep running! Absolutely a game changer.Super easy setup, just plug it in and add it to the Alexa app, done. The always on USB ports power my Wyze cams for the printers nicely. For my uses, this is one of the best purchases I have made in quite some time. I love things that make life easier.

Perfect for bedside use
Whoever designed this smart power strip must have had bedside use in mind. The cord is not so long that it’s a struggle to hide it behind the bed and nightstand; the 90 degree plug makes it easy to get furniture close to the wall; it has just the right number and kinds of outlets for a bedside lamp, bed warmer (if you’re old like us and use that type of thing), a USB phone charger, and a couple more accessories. These were easy to add to our Alexa ecosystem and name/group so that simple voice commands turn the bedroom lights on and off. I even created a routine to turn my wife’s bed warmer off every morning… I’m not going to say that she forgets to do that, but it has been known to happen. In my opinion, this is a well thought out and solidly made device.

Perfect for its purpose
Easy to set up and it does exactly what it’s supposed to.My mother was constantly leaving all the lights on her side of the office on because she didn’t want to have to turn them off and on repeatedly throughout the day. With this, she just tells Alexa to turn the office on or off and it does it instantly.I would have preferred 4 plugs since she has 4 lights, but a splitter solved that. The buttons to switch each plug on and off are unnecessary for us but convenient, too.The only problem I’ve had with it is sometimes Alexa doesn’t hear the command, but that’s because it’s hidden on a table in the middle of the room instead of out in the opening like every other Alexa in the house.

Love them!
I now have three of these. Eliminated the need for so many smart plugs in sockets. Easy set up. Very efficient and handy. Great buy!

Does what it is suppose to do. I would have give it 5 stars if they have options for longer cord.

I noticed the 2nd plug wasn’t working

The Amazon basics 3 plus extension cord is about as good as it gets for $34. You can integrate it into your Alexa routines so that it powers on and off at a specific time or during a specific event. The app is so user friendly and setting this up was so much more straight forward than other products I have purchased from merchants on here in the past.Video to come.

It connected instantly with Alexa once I plugged it in. I have two of them!
