Not for toaster oven!
I loved the product; it’s a good company. Unfortunately, I wanted to use it in my toaster oven, and it was only after I received it and read the care instructions that I learned that it was not meant for that. It’s too close to the heating element, and could possibly shatter. I wish that information was in the original description, so that I wouldn’t have to return it.

I got this to use for making half sized recipes like brownies, cakes, and casseroles. Cleanup is a breeze and the lid is convenient for storing leftovers. Do be aware that if youâre used to baking in metal pans your baking time may change. I find things take a little longer using glass.

As a casserole dish it is quite good however, when I reviewed this site I specifically typed in “casserole dishes for toaster oven”. This item appeared and I was thrilled by it’s size and lid. The sides were not too high so I thought it was great for just what I wanted for my toaster oven. Upon receiving the product, on the information provided with it, it stated NOT to be used in a toaster oven. I’m a disabled senior who cannot bend to use a normal oven so you can imagine how upset I was. It appears to be a good product but I believe the information provided on the Amazon site should contain where it can and cannot be used.

I have used this many times since purchase and it is great. Washes up nicely in the dishwasher and the lid is great to have as well.
