Excellent product and amazing customer service
By far one of the best security camera I have purchased on both product and customer service.Product :1. Super easy setup – as it did not take more than 30 min from software configuration to mounting it.2. Solar powered – I never have to climb up to replace batteries again.3. Excellent featues – Very intelligent software that tracks human movement, superb picture quality and nighttime vision with lights and 2 way audio. I am pleased with the responsiveness of the camera over WiFi.Customer support:1. Attentive and friendly customer service over the phone and highly responsive over email.2. Customer service is able to resolve the issue I have with the product quickly and I am more than pleased with the quality of serivce received.Overall this is the brand I am going to be using from now on (as I am replacing all my older (and 1st generation Netgear Arlo).

These cameras have been great
I have 3 of these cameras and 1 doorbell camera from Aosu. These are a superb value for the money and I have absolutely no complaints. They work extremely well and have a much better wifi range than a previous camera I have owned. The setup is extremely simple and installation was a breeze. Visual clarity of the video is excellent, motion detection is far superior to the other camera I owned. I really like the solar recharge ability and not having to pull the cameras down to plug them in. I highly recommend these cameras, especially if you are new to security cams. Easy setup, easy installation, and the functionality and controls are intuitive and easy to master. Highly recommend!

Worth it
The product is wonderful. I love that the solar on it keeps the cameras charged. It goes almost 360 not all the way I say 300 degrees. The app is easy and efficient. Night vision works perfectly and no blurryness . It also tracks people walking by and records at the moment. Only downfall is the WiFi cuts in and out sometimes for the cameras that are a little further from the motum. but if you load it in the app, takes a couple minutes for it to regenerate the wifi and it cuts back on. Worth the buy.

Nice features, good support
I have three of these cameras. They are good value, have a nice set of features, look good, but have a reliability issue.Two of the cameras developed a problem where the camera would not rotate left and right about 10 months after installation. I contacted the manufacturerâs support. They asked for a video showing the problem and once confirmed sent me two replacement units. The replacements work fine so far.It is concerning that two out of three of the units developed the same problem, but the manufacturer did honor the warranty. I would have rated five stars has the problem not occurred.

EDIT: The company reached out to me and was incredibly helpful! They were able to send me a brand new camera, which I was able to try out and has improved my experience! It is a great camera, with a great picture and sound. I like that you can download images and video. I can watch my children through the camera, turn on the light and often do this so I can watch them if they take out the trash after dark. I would buy this camera again.I do also like the app. It’s laid out nicely and easy to use.I’ve been using this camera for about 5 months now. The picture is really good, it tracks well… but it really only works when it wants to. I tried to contact the company about the issues I am having with its inconsistent charging but never received a response. Now I am noticing a lot of times where it just picks up nothing at all for hours. Where I know that it should have since *I* have come and gone in camera range and it didn’t pick even that up. It’s unreliable if you are using this camera for security purposes.

This device is phenomenal. At this price point you canât beat this kind of functionality and quality. The video is in great resolution for a security camera and the range of the field of view is great. It can see everything! It also takes a few minutes to setup and itâs super easy, anyone can do it! I even hooked it up to brick with a masonry drill bit and it is sturdy! The WiFi connection works and doesnât seem buggy at all, but Iâve only had this for a few days now. The battery life doesnât seem to be going up much, but itâs been cloudy and raining for a while and itâs not going down fast either, so I assume that will change. I think itâs a pretty good size, itâs on the larger side but it makes it more intimidating! I like the two way talk and alarm feature. The alarm is very off putting for unwanted trespassers. The app is very easy to use and I like that you can use an SD card instead of paying for the cloud storage. Thatâs the main reason I didnât want to get a ring camera. In my opinion, this is better because itâs cheaper and has all the amazing features and more. Iâd suggest getting one for your front and back door. I think Iâm going to try their indoor cameras too. Oh also, you can share the camera with family members in a household! That way everyone can enjoy the live alert feature and see whoâs at the door before even opening it.

The Camara have a great battery life I have one that I’ve installed unfortunately without much exposure to sun light but it’s now two weeks that I didn’t charged it.Regardless it have pre defined sentences that you can use to either provide basic instructions or you can actually speak to people and don’t get me start on the tracking which I think is absolutely genius it also have two types of night vision with infrared or with led that provides you with a colored image.I love that solution I’m using it for my short term rental property and it’s doing the effects I need when the house is vacant I’m setting up all the tracking options when the house is used I’m disabling them.

Me decidà comprar AOSU y quiero compartir mi satisfacción. En primer lugar, la calidad de sus productos. Desde el momento en que los desempaquté, pude notar la atención al detalle y la robustez de los materiales utilizados.El montaje de los dispositivos fue increÃblemente sencillo. Las instrucciones eran claras y precisas, lo que facilitó mucho el proceso. Incluso para alguien sin mucha experiencia técnica, ensamblar y configurar todo fue un proceso sin complicaciones.La conectividad de los productos AOSU es otro punto fuerte. La integración con otros dispositivos y redes fue fluida y sin problemas. En pocos minutos, pude tener todo funcionando perfectamente, sin los tÃpicos inconvenientes de compatibilidad o configuración compleja.En conclusión, AOSU ha superado mis expectativas en todos los aspectos: calidad, facilidad de montaje, conectividad y soporte técnico. Recomiendo sus productos sin dudarlo a quienes buscan una solución confiable y de alta calidad.

Bonjour, j’ai acheté cette caméra solaire wifi il y a un an environ.En plus d’être très belle, elle est très facile à monter et à installer. Les instruction sont claires et simples.Le matériel est de bonne qualité tout autant que le rendu vidéo. Il y a toutes les options possibles ( audio, micro, enregistrement, suivi des personnes etc etc).L’application est très ergonomique et permet la gestion d’autres caméras. ( j’en ai pris d’autres pour l’intérieur de la maison , tout aussi content de mon achat).J’ai contacté le support via l’application, j’ai eu un réponse en moins de 24h pour m’accompagner.En gros, que ça soit le matériel, l’application ou le support, c’est parfait.

Sehr hochwertiges Gerät. Habe 3 davon im Einsatz. Einrichtung mit App ist kinderleicht, auch zum Router hin. Kamera kann autark mit bis zu 128GB SD-Karte betrieben werden. Ist mehr als ausreichend. Anschluss bei mir über LTE-Router. Automatische Meldung, wenn Menschen erkannt werden (KI-unterstützt). Dadurch unterbleiben Benachrichtigungen, wenn sich z.B. nur Blätter etc. bewegen. Kann alles eingestellt werden. Die angebotene Cloud-Lösung ist aus meiner Sicht nicht so günstig und nutze ich nicht. Die Bildqualität ist hervorragend. Die App-Steuerung ist ausgezeichnet. Geräte sind selbst gekauft und keine Promotion. Nur als Hinweis, wem diese Rezension zu positiv erscheinen mag. Nächste Anschaffung sind dann auch Indoor-Kameras. Ãberwachung der Stromversorgung über App ist sehr gut, da die Kameras solarbetrieben und damit keine Kabel notwendig sind.
