Waste of money
Never have I been so disappointed by a product I bought from Amazon. There is reason they send you 2, they suck. The first one broke after 2 days. The sound quality when I would use it for calls sounded like people were under water, then they could no longer hear me by the 2nd day. The second set lasted a week and then would automatically turn the volume down with out me pushing any buttons like it was possessed. I had an apple headset prior for years that was great. This new version is a huge disappointment. Inconvenient now for me to send them back because I live in a rural area where ups is a drive.

Poor bluetooth, not plugin.
After fighting these for 4 months (i had two) they both are dead. Phone says connected but no sound.As noted by others, these are bluetooth. I assume the lighting plug is for power. I say this because in using it between two phones they would be plugged into one, but playing from the other.The volume , pause-play control hardly workedI was surprised to find these are bluetooth and not plugin which is what I really wanted.On a positive side, I found the construction to be of good quality.I do not recommend them.

Wife’s head set shorted out from use and abuse. And yeah, we could have bought air buds, but she’d lose them somewhere/anywhere. If I were going to buy wireless ear buds, they would be Bose or Xcel for a tighter yet more comfortable fit. Their silicone fitments are a whole lot softer than the Apple brand.

Doesnât work with iPhone
Itâs the weirdest thing. Iâll plug it in and itâll play my Apple Music but my Spotify is still playing on the actual phone. At the same time. My brain canât comprehend. Works fine with the iPad ð¤·ð»ââï¸

DUMBEST headphones ever
Letâs get something clear – for $5 a pair I knew I was getting nothing special. They may last me a few workouts or have crap quality. I was fine with that. But what truly irked my SOUL is when I open it to see instructions. These are headphones you PLUG INTO your phone, yet they required Bluetooth to be on to use them. If I wanted to have Bluetooth on, I would have bought a wireless pair. So Iâm beyond livid at this revelation, will be returning. Beware, if youâre here for a cheap pair of headphones you donât want to cause headaches due to Bluetooth use – search elsewhere – this ainât it

When I first opened the parcel I was pleasantly surprised – two sets of headphones when I was expecting only one. Sadly they are Bluetooth-enabled which isnât indicated on the packaging and isnât ideal because they have to be connected to the device each time before use. But more frustrating is that only one ear works – this is presumably a design flaw or else both sets wouldnât have the same issue. Iâm very disappointed, naturally, especially as this was a delivery from overseas and so it isnât worth sending them back.
