DON’T BUY LOCKED PHONE WITH CRICKET SERVICE!!!
Amazon will be of no help to the customer that buys a locked phone that uses Cricket service. I bought the iPhone 13 Pro on July 11, 2023. I paid my Cricket bill via Amazon. Sept. 10, 2023, Cricket cancelled my subscription with out warning, leaving me with a useless iPhone & new Apple Watch 8 that I bought for my safety (being a 79 years old woman). I have been trying for weeks to get help from Amazon or Cricket…no help at all!!!! Cricket has no record of me having an account because I went thru Amazon. Amazon seems clueless on how to fix this problem that they create for customers & have known about for at least 3 years!!!!! Then Customer Service says that they are working on it for me & will call me back. They never call back!!! So, I have to keep starting from the beginning. A VERY UNFAIR DEAL & EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    terrible phone
I have had this phone for 1 year. It has never took good pictures, camera has a hard time focusing. aside from portrait mode it works fine. Video also has an even worse time trying to focus. Now it has finally kicked the bucket and will not work at all. Its froze up. I cant even power it off and Verizon has tried multiple things including reboot and changing the sim card. DO NOT Recommend!!

    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE
I bought with the Cricket plan as a requirement, even in buying for a friend, and even willing to pay for the subscription for 6 months…even doing all of that…it is a useless phone unless you change your carrier, phone number, everything for 6 months. Returning, and the worst surprise because of how insane this is. Thank you for this easy process you have made for myself and a friend. Don’t by this phone unless you use cricket, or you are okay changing your provider, phone number, and losing all inforamtion.

    Amazing battery and performance.
WA2 Evaluation Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max In today’s day and age, nearly everyone carries a cell phone, and many if not most individuals are dependent on them to get things done, or to interact with the world. Whenever we find ourselves in the market for that new cell phone, we have many options to choose from, each with various features. Individuals will use different criteria. An Instagram Model may want the best camera available, while a gamer may want the best graphics and processing speed. Today I will be evaluating the, Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, based on my three most important criteria, and then I will offer my general opinion. One of the most important qualities for me is performance. As mentioned, many of us have a dependency on our phones for either work, or our personal lives, and we live in a, want it now society. Performance is an important factor when various companies are vying for our money, and let’s be honest premium cell phones come at premium prices. The Pro Max delivers on performance without lag or slow loading times. It has a super crisp display and blazing fast refresh rates. Mark Spoonauer, of Tom’s Guide writes, “Thanks to its new A15 Bionic chipset, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is ridiculously fast and grabs the title of world’s fastest phone”. Another important feature is the manufacturer’s app store and app support. In today’s age of technology, a phone is almost useless if it isn’t integrated, or doesn’t connect to the apps or tools that we use on a daily basis. Apple has a long consistent past of delivering reliability in this area. Their App Store is easy to navigate and download new purchases. You can also offload unused apps and then download them later with ease if needed. It is very easy to enter and manually update apps if needed, but many will have automatic updates. Virtually all application developers are going to jump through hoops to be on, Apple’s App Store, so that they can tap into that market. Finally, for me the most important criterion of a great phone is battery life. If your busy life or job leaves you with a dead batter, then you are now carrying around a paperweight. The larger battery and size of the Pro Max, add weight to the phone, but also supply it with a second day of battery power. I personally have watched a full Saturday’s worth of college football, and still have never came close to a dead battery. In regard to battery life, Sascha Segan of PC Magazine, said the Pro Max is, “An Absolute Beast” with, “a shocking eighteen hours of video playback time” in their standard test. The 13 Pro Max is at the top of the list when it comes to battery life, and will outlast most of the competition. In conclusion, the iPhone 13 Pro Max outperforms most competition by some degree. Over the years I have found Apple products to be well built and durable and the criteria mentioned in the previous paragraphs were sufficient for me to upgrade to the top tier iPhone from a three-year-old model. I have been very pleased with all the phone offers, and it meets all of my needs. That said I would absolutely buy it again, and recommend it to anyone considering the iPhone 13 Pro Max.Works CitedSegan, Sascha “Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max Review.” PC Magazine, September 29th, 2021www.pcmag.com/reviews/apple-iphone-13-pro-max Accessed February 2nd, 2022Spoonauer, Mark “iPhone 13 Pro Max Review.” Tom’s Guide, January 28th, 2022www.tomsguide.com/reviews/iphone-13-pro-max Accessed February 2nd, 2022
