I had a chair that broke and all I had to do was send in pictures and file a claim the same day I was issued a gift card so I could buy another chair. Awesome

Be prepared to call everyday to follow up with a claim
It is very difficult to find a corrext phone number to call to contact someone to start a claim and to follow up to a claim. After several calls and several photos uploaded I’m still not sure what the status is of my claim and if or what additional information is needed.

Hopefully, this company stands by their promise, after a bad fall, I needed a lift chair to help me stand and help me with my therapy. This chair has been everything I needed.

The chair works well it not made for big people need to be a slim body size I canât get my arms in side the chair I will be returning it to Amazon ð¥²

Insurance plan not recommended
After purchasing insurance policy for lift chair , I returned the lift chair and was issued a refund in 2 days. I notified insurance company of returned item and requested cancellation and refund of ins policy amount. Was told it was initiated and it would take 3-5 business days for approval and would appear in 30 days at end of billing cycle. Why should they hold my money for 30 days on something I donât even have? They were notified of cancellation in timely fashion but are making me wait. They had the audacity to request I notify my bank for expediting the return. Why? They have my money and they should refund. I think Amazon should be aware of company policy and the effect it has on the customer and Amazon for allowing such a company with this policy to service any Amazon products. Thank you.
