Got it today and after reading some negative reviews i am here to say that it works perfectly. Read the instructions before set up. It does what it says, i was able to move all my PS4 games and PS5. PS4 games work directly from the drive, is awesome. PS5 needs to be moved back, just like is advertised. Excellent product, the design is awesome and is very good quality. They send the box in is normal casing so it was not good, they need to package this item better, is worth it. I am very happy there is no clicking or noise like some comments claim, i think most did not read the manual included or just defective. Get it, is the best thing i got for my ps5 so far. If there is any changes, ill update this review.

Doesnât work for PS5
Left it in the box brand new for 2-3 months and when i finally moved to my new place, I connected it in all the ports and it didnât even work for storage. The customer support is super helpful and sent me a new one due to the 2 year warranty it comes with.

Good storage for PS4 games
The hard drive came in and looks good but the downside is not accessing PS5 games direct from the drive. I missed this in the description and that is on me completely. Should have been more careful when selecting the drive. PS4 4 games load quickly and no issue pointing the storage of PS4 games to it. Rapid setup is a plus if you are not technical this drive is for you.

Xbox one seamlessly connected
Very quiet and works very well. This product was easy to connect and use for Xbox one. If you have a ps4 you will need to reformat the drive before use. Nothing too complicated to do.

Unreliable, Slow, & Not Worth It
I purchased this external hard drive because I kept losing data on those USB-port-powered WD Passport drives. Big mistake.I initially found the slow drive speed a bit off-putting as it was pause my entire computer whenever it needed to spin up the drive. This made it frustrating and time-consuming as moved large amounts of data to it (hoping to rely on the drive as an archive for various files).Well, here we are, a little over a year later of casual usage and Iâm experiencing corrupted files and âNot Respondingâ window title bars as I try (and fail) to access files I stored on the drive.Not to worry, it spins up its platters to and makes me wait to display directoriesâ¦but more and more of the drive is corrupted now (and Iâve lost valuable files because of it).External HDDs are a crap shoot of reliability these days but this one really stung me (due to its high capacity).Might as well just pay a monthly fee to some cloud storage service at this point.
