Works amazing!
Now I will admit I was skeptical when I first seen this device on tik tok but after receiving…omg total game changer. The vibration is so intense, that u actually feel the workout after! I can’t believe I got the deal I did on it. Its really powerful and works, I’ve had it for five days and I’ve already lost two pounds from it and it’s noticable. Which is great, cuz I do go to the gym and have been having a hard time losing weight. So now I know what Im missing from my workout, the actual toning part of it. The vibration plates are sturdy, perfect balance. Despite it being a workout tool, the vibration is like a massage and it feels very therapeutic using it. I would highly recommend. Definitely got the value of the a lifetime, being able to have this tool on hand whenever. I will be using it everyday for as long as I can and it lasts! Satisfied customer.

Use it daily!
Itâs incredible to see my health transformation thanks to simply adding this into my day. I use it daily. I started at 8 minutes, then 10, then 15, 20, 25, and now at 30 minutes. I simply stand on it during my morning routine and not only have I gotten stronger, but my balance has improved, too. I got this in December and itâs held up perfectly. I put a small hand towel over the top of it if Iâm barefoot or donât want to stand on their pressure point balls. Itâs not loud and has great preprogrammed exercises. Highly recommend!

This is a really good quality vibration platform. Itâs is sturdy, not too big or too small, a really nice size that will fit most people. Itâs easy to use and the settings are big for mature eyes like mine. The only downside of this would be the speed. I am 66, and not able to do anything too strenuous , lots of joint issues, fibromyalgia, etc., so I wish the minimum speed was slower. I would like to just do an easy pace for 20 minutes, just for circulation and I need a slower speed for that. My last vibration platform was noisy, this one is almost silent. That is great, because I always watch TV while doing it. It really helps me wake up in the morning and eases the stiffness I always wake up with. For the price, itâs a nice unit and I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and ease pain.

This eases my neuropathy pain. The size is perfect for storing away. It does have some weight to it but not too heavy. The price point is fantastic for the quality of this machine. The versatility is great several levels and it has the strength bands to add a challenge.

I got this item because I have been seeing a bunch of people on tiktok using it. Never heard or thought about it.The back of my knees swell and alot of the time my feet hurt. What I have been doing for pain relief sometimes is just keeping my feet on it if I am in alot of pain and can’t stand. This feels great.The machine isn’t that big but can hold a surprising amount of weight.The vibration feels amazing, and when I want to feel silly, I pretend I am hula dancing for however long I am on it. Cus that is the only way I can shake my hips and but that fast. ððððThe intensity is just right. Definitely useful to me for pain relief and a great value for money.Highly recommend

Remote doesn’t work
The machine itself is great, but it’s hard to use effectively without the remote the remote has never worked I replaced the batteries in it and reached out to the seller and have received absolutely no customer support so keep that in mind. You will have to manually hit the buttons every single time which isn’t always practical depending upon the exercise that you’re doing.
