WOW! Amazing feeling!
I had no idea how powerful this vibration plate could be. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I’ve been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting. Your feet and legs will thank you. I can already tell it’s helping with my balance because it is working my core muscles. Highly recommend.

This vibration plate came nicely packaged. The delivery was on time and came extremely fast. The design is technology driven and when I say it does the job itâs an understatement. It came setup . This machine works fantastic and the Bluetooth is a nice touch, remote is so handy to have and easy to work. Both myself and and my husband love using it. You can feel the muscle soreness like when you actually work out. So far I highly recommend this machine. It’s got some weight to it so it feels nice and sturdy and will stay put no matter where you place it carpet or floor. It can pretty much fit anywhere doesn’t take up much space and that’s a good thing because I live in a small space and this works perfectly. It’s also nice to look at. You can use it standing up or if your looking for something to help you with circulation you can use it sitting in a chair and you will get great use out of it. It’s very versatile.

Seems to be working fine but remote control is not working.
I opened the box and the plate machine seems to be working fine. The remote control is whatâs not working (hopefully they send me a new remote that works). I will update my review to let you all know how it goes.

This plate is easy to use and well designed. So many different ways to use this to benefit you and what you personally need! Great for circulation issues, lymphatic drainage & an excellent workout. Iâve noticed pain relief in my knees (meniscus ) and a big plus Iâm sleeping better not waking up every hour on the hour. I highly recommend, I bought one for my sister!!!

I like this company very much.They make an excellent excellent product It is well Made sturdy and solid.Unfortunately , it was too powerful for me . I am a large woman and this was a very powerful product Unfortunately , it was very disruptive to my knees And caused great alignment and pain in my knees But I can say that this product is excellent For in home exercise period the company was very Kind to let me return it and if they made A product that would Help me with my lymphedema by gentle Vibration to stimulate circulation.I would buy it In a heartbeat , if the company does make a circulation Machine, that would be more gentle.Please let me know as I Would love to have a machine?That is a little more gentle. I was confused on how to use the machine to less powerful mode.But it is an easy machine to turn on.It is wonderful to have arm exercises as well and great value for the money

This plate delivers everything that ALOT of the other plates do but only for a fraction of the price! Easy to figure out and remote is a godsend! Bluetooth is easy to set up! Initially I used the back of a chair to hold on to until I got use to the vibration and no longer needed it. Very relaxing and feels like an all over body massage! I look forward to using it 3 times a day and often add minutes to my routine because it feels so good!

Great quality and works!
I tried at state fair and loved it, but they wanted $1200! This is exact same machine.I see some reviews saying it doesn’t work after it says Bluetooth mode. You actually have to press the start/stop button on the plate.That said, it works great, vibrates entire body and you feel the itch.Can’t wait to see results with my regular work outs.

The plus switch broke within a week. Canât contact seller. Amazon customer service is impossible to figure out. Requested refund but it wants me to post it back to America from the U.K. which seems a huge waste in energy. Can someone refund me thank you!
