I use them on the changing pad. Mine is a washable cloth, therefore I use these little pads on top to make the washable one last longer before an extra laundry.

****Not absorbent enough for blowouts****
At first I didn’t like these pads because they are not good for poopy explosions and made an absolute mess when I tried them by themselves. BUT they are perfect size to use over another disposable pad- I use a thicker, larger disposable pad and when that gets exploded on, I wipe down excess and then just lift baby’s bottom to slide these pads under. They are PERFECT size for when you need a replacement pad under baby but can’t lift his whole body. Also great for wrapping poopy diapers in and throwing away. All in all I like these as a secondary pad
