My baby didn’t like using it. Do not force your child to use it.
This was a great comfy product to use. But my baby didn’t like setting on it strapped down. Every baby is different, some will love sitting on it, but if your baby doesn’t like sitting do not keep trying to force the baby to use it. Just return it at that point. Your baby will thank you.Unfortunately, I ended up returning it despite however much I wanted to use it. But hey, baby is the boss!

So typically I donât leave a review on anything⦠but as a mom of 3 and previous daycare worker, this is a MUST!1. Easy to throw on immediately if youâre in a hurry2. Takes practically all of the weight off of your back and shoulders after carrying a baby for a prolonged period of time.. which is great if you have a clingy baby like myself3. Enables you to do things much easierâ as a mom I can multi task of course but having to only keep a arm around baby and know there weight is being support is a life saver for cooking, cleaning, working.. you name itI let this sit in my cart unsure for a good month and thatâs now time wasted.. so donât be like me and just buy it ð

A must for hand babies
I bought this carrier when going on a cruise where I knew I would be doing quite a few activities on and off the ship. My son is 10 months and doesn’t like strollers and abhors traditional carriers. This product is the only thing I can carry him in without him whining and crying and it takes the weight off my arms. I did use it without the strap as I found after placing it firmly around my waist I didn’t need it, plus it dug in my neck and shoulder.I was stopped at least 5 times a day by people asking about it so be prepared for those questions.I was able to do a 3 mile hike with my son comfortably on an excursion in the Mayan jungles of Mexico. I guess that was the real test. Usually when carrying my son in my arms for extended periods they ache the next day but with this I didn’t have that. I did have the ache in my neck when using the strap so I stopped using that part as I mensioned before.I also found that it had enough storage for shorter trips around the ship so I didn’t have to carry my hand bag and or diaper bag in addition to the carrier. It held a bottle, a small pack of wipes and a diaper with a small wallet in the seat plus another bottle in the elasticized outer pouch and my phone in the zippered pouch.This does require you to hold your baby so it is not hands free, but its waaaaay better than actually lifting your baby. You just pretty much brace your baby against you.I don’t think I could’ve enjoyed the trip as much without this carrier and the price was right.I only own one other carrier which is the typical hands free one but it’s hot and my son hates it. Plus it had no storage.

I wanted a hip seat but wasnât ready to pay rush baby prices and I will say that I LOVE this product! I started using it when my baby was 5 months old and I still use it in certain situations and my daughter is 16 months! It has held up great and I get questions about it everytime I wear it! 10/10 recommend getting this hip seat!

Game Changer!
My wife and I have multiple carriers. Moby Wraps, Baby Bjorn, Infantino carriers and a few random other types. I have a bad back and am limited to holding my 7 month old daughter to 5-20 minutes at a time before the burning is too much to tolerate. In comes this seat. Holy friggin moly!! We love it!! I can hold my daughter for hours with this carrier. At first the extra straps seemed useless and I can definitely think of a couple better ways to have them attached and hold the carrier better but none the less they work and once you get the hang of it you can even go hands free. Our daughter was unable to sit unassisted when we first got this carrier and so having a hand on her was mostly necessary but now she can sit on her own and knows not to lean forward. Most of the time we wife and I skip using the extra straps and just use the base. We have also used this carrier a hundred times as a mobile diaper bag. It’s compartment is large enough for a thing of wipes, a couple chuck pads, a couple diapers and a spare outfit. Then we usually use the cup holder part to put her teethers on their leashes. It works fantastic!! Seriously this thing is tremendous!! My only complaint is that if you use the strap that goes around your child you need to take extreme care not to allow them to slip off the seat or the part around the child will slide up and catch at their arms. It almost happened to me once. I bent over to grab something even with a hand on my daughter and she wiggled just right and slid off the seat. Had my hand not been there I’m sure she would have not been happy. The seat works extremely well though at being non slip. I really and truly love this thing! Also, my wife and I aren’t small people. I am 6’4″ 300lbs with enough love handles to split amongst several pregnant women lol the velcro on the waist strap does not reach the other side to velcro, BUT the buckle reaches and I can use this despite wearing a size 42. Also, I can still wear this carrier, just off to the side slightly and still carry Appendix. It’s truly amazing! I am in no way saying any of this from anything but my own experience with a product I randomly bought off Amazon loo

It does not worth the money because it does not actually support my back while carrying my baby. By using it for 10 minutes, it will hurt the area underneath the baby seat. It does not just hurt a little.
